Customer service supplied incorrect advice in advance of purchase which meant the product would not fit. Upon contacting them following delivery, they were unhelpful and refused to accept responsibility. Seemed to talk rubbish to mask over what they had done wrong or they were simply not very bright.

I originally reached out using the WhatsApp service with a query, not only was I recommended the product which would fit, this was linked and even given descriptions with pictures of measurements to understand how the gate would look. We have several messages back and forth which was so helpful. The website is easy to use and I was so impressed with delivery, so quick. The gate is a perfect fit, great quality and so simple to install and put together thanks to the videos provided on the instructions leaflet. After trying several gates from other companies that mention extensions and fitting gaps - none of them did. This gate however is the perfect fit for my awkward stairs and after ordering 8 different gates from other companies, I was accepting defeat and come across this one last but I’m so glad this one fits!!

I was originally overwhelmed with choice on website but, I didn't need to be. WhatsApp customer support were excellent, taking the required measurements and advising what panels I required. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a really specific part to replace one that had broken on our baby gate. Via WhatsApp they very quickly identified the part I needed and sent me the link to order it. So simple and saved me a lot of time and money trying to source it elsewhere

Really good to be able to discuss stair gate options via WhatsApp as there is a bewildering array of options. I had a bottom step coming out from the wall and a bannister on the other side so I thought it would be awkward but they helped me narrow it down. I simply gave Safetots pictures, they asked for some measurements using annotation and were then able to provide options. They even created a basket for a multi panel solution. Very professional.

Nicola was amazing. I sent them a photo of my stairs to the WhatsApp and they came back with suggestions. They then asked for measurements and put everything I needed in the basket. So incredibly easy and what an amazing service.

I had a problem with a gate that was a couple of years old, the team at Safetots responded really well and rapidly to provide some replacement parts which seem to have fixed the issue. Thanks particularly to Morgan and Peter for their help.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Helped to fast-track an order that *just* missed the express delivery deadline, which was then received by lunchtime the next day. Then helped to address a minor issue with the order, organising the rapid replacement of a part.

Great products. When I needed to arrange a return of duplicate items I’d ordered, Morgan was very quick to respond helpfully and had really excellent communication throughout and has they have made me more likely to buy from Safetots again in the future.

Placed our order for a fire guard which unfortunately Yodel didn’t deliver, I contacted Safetots; they responded immediately and sent out another fire guard on a 24hr delivery. They checked its progress every step of the way. It was delivered as promised. Nicola was AMAZEBALLS! Super service and product. Can’t praise them highly enough 🤩

Absolutely fantastic experience with safetots. Very quick to reply to messages. I sent through dimensions and they recommended exactly what I would need and added it to a basket to save any hassle. Product arrived on time and looks fantastic.

Good communication and advice given when sought

The actual fire guard is fine, although not very strong when you start having to combine panels - my 11 month old stands up and grabs it and the whole thing wobbles. This is mainly to do with the poor quality and design of the brackets. They are very flimsy. We have had to improvise and drill the actual panel onto a piece of wood and then onto the brick wall in order to make safe and secure.

We have just purchased two wooden safety gates unbelievably quick delivery particularly in December ...Product is great quality and super easy instructions even a template for marking the screw holes. Previously purchased a metal modular fire guard again superior quality and admired by many guests it looks right round the stove Great customer service when I rang for advice ... Don't change anything this company is a market leader . thank you the Robertshaws of Hoddlesden.
