Right from my first phone call, the staff at Safestore were helpful and friendly!
They answered my questions and explained the system.
When I went there today, Ismet went through the paperwork and then took me to the unit and explained the trolleys and fobs.

Paul Flynn was extremely helpful when I rang with an enquiry and gave me lots of useful information on what unit might fit my requirements, without ever making me feel under any pressure. It definitely helped me make thedecision to choose Safestore.

The woman who works in chingford bruch is very rude and unfriendly. I have been customer there for an year. She behaved very badly. I dont recommend .
