Very upset at the damage done by rats…
Very upset at the damage done by rats in the expensive unit I rent. The guys working there have been helpful, but this is awful. Rat droppings throughout. Rats have also gnawed away at my belongings. I've rented a unit for years, but thousands of pounds later, I will have to dispose of things I cared enough about to pay hundreds of pounds a month storing. Also, very worried this will happen all over again.

Great customer service
I bought packaging and received a quote from the Camden Town Safestore. The service provided by Mr. Status regarding best practices and top tips regarding packing my things plus advice regarding Safestore deals and pricing was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while. Will use again!
