I can’t imagine a better experience with this website. Our clean beauty store closed a couple years ago, and it’s been hard to get all my favorite brands in one order, especially the Kaia Naturals wipes. I saw you had a special holiday discount (which you never see on clean beauty items) so I dove in and ordered. It shipped so fast and was wrapped so nicely! I will be recommending all my clean beauty friends order from you! Also, Indie Lee is the best for my skin, and I don’t know how people put cream on their face now. I’m taking this kit to London with me for my birthday trip. It’s perfect!

I bought the OM Pink 4-in-1 Lather Bar- primarily because animals were not used to test this product. The natural ingredients made me hopeful my sensitive skin would not react to it unpleasantly. Also, it reduced the number of items needed to pack for my trips to the gym for my after-workout shower.
The package included free samples and a kind note of gratitude for the purchase, both of which made me smile and I appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised my skin did not react with a rash from this bar as is often the case with skin, hair and face products I have tried. The lather formed while shampooing my hair was thick and bubbly which I thoroughly enjoyed. The bar rinses well. The cardboard container allows in air so the bar does not remain wet in-between uses which is also very nice. The bar has a subtle but pleasant fragrance. I definitely recommend this product especially if you camp or enjoy a shower after your workout.

I ordered 2 foundation sticks and a few other items and received one of the foundation sticks arrived with the seal broken and it stuck to lid. It was dry and crusty looking. I immediately emailed them photos and my concerns. Explained to them that it appeared used and requested an exchange. Customer service was very rude, I quote "There was a seal on it" I explained to them that the seal was broken and that even it they say it is "new and unused" they cant guarantee that as they dont ship them. Even if it wasnt used, makeup expires and I have no idea how long ago the seal was broken/opened. It was crusty and not something Im comfortable putting on my face. For a company whos name is "SAFE and Chic" they definitely dont stand by that. After many emails with poor/rude customer service I asked a supervisor to each out on several occasions. They refused to do so, saying "we responded correctly" and offered me a $5 refund or to send it back and be banned from purchasing this item in the future... like I was the bad guy here. This is such poor customer service, quality control, and a bad way of accusing a customer of a mishap and not standing by your product. TERRIBLE.

This company is a scam. They sell you products from these clean companies but it isn't the real product in the bottles/containers. I purchased from the real companies and THEY PRODUCTS ARE DIFFERENT/BETTER. The scents and consistency is very different. I am so angry I bought $250 worth of stuff from safe and chic and they won't let you return. I WONDER WHY.
