I have Multiple Sclerosis as a result of being spiked with GHB in the Albany Pub 19th April 2019 with GHB.

Excellent low alcoholic beer. Best I've tasted for a long time. Will be ordering another case and drinking it when I come to Cardiff for Wales v South Africa in November. Hopefully it will be available at the Daffodil?

They stepped up to help our event when we were let down by another brewery. Friendly and efficient service and a good IPA.

In error I purchased, what was intended to be, a one off birthday gift as a monthly subscription.

I realised when I was billed the next month — by which point it was too late to cancel and I was alerted that my order was out for delivery.

There was nowhere on the website to update the order and cancel, so I emailed customer services immediately to cancel the subscription — no response.

Follow up with a phone call, the person confirms they’ve seen my email and the subscription will be cancelled. I follow up again with an email asking them to confirm this in writing, no reply. A further two emails, no reply. So now I’m waiting to see whether the same will happen this month as the only assurance I have is one conversation.

Generally, I think the entire experience was misleading. Usually with monthly subscription services you receive an email a few days in advance informing you that it’s set to renew, which Brains didn’t do. Additionally, I don’t know how I signed up for a subscription in the first place and think it must’ve been misleading. Finally, to keep ignoring a customer’s emails and not take two minutes to just confirm that it’s been actioned is beyond me — why? Terrible experience.

Easy to contact, and they happily accommodated my rushed order since I was only visiting the country briefly. Suffice it to say, they fulfilled my neighbor’s 10-year pursuit of acquiring Brain’s Beer (it’s also his last name!).

My brother was stationed at RAF st athan and loved the brains dark as he retired this year I decided to get him some. It was delivered on time for his retirement, he was delighted I can't thank you enough.

Love the beer but had few problems with payment when credit card expired. Difficulty in updating Credit Card expiry date resulting missing one monthly consignment in needing to cancel and set up a new subscription! Shame.

Great beer and prompt and efficient service

The beer is great, rich and full of flavour.
Parcel Force delivery isn’t so good, as they don’t have the facility to give delivery instructions, and their tracking system is not good. We had to wait for a second delivery attempt attempt before receiving the beer.
