The worse experience ever. Very bad and cheap quality, all nylon, doesn't look anything like picture and you can't return. They lied saying it's made and shipped from USA and if you want to return it you have to pay more than it's worth to ship back to Asia.

When I ordered I had one item that was the wrong size and needed to exchange and the other item I did not care for and wanted to return. After contacting customer service, I was told the steps to take for the refund. I did what was explained and my new item came and it is great! I am still waiting for my refund from my original order but I and sure as they say, the check is in the mail. So far so good.

The outfits are great. But if you need to return or exchange one, forget it! there's no way to contact them. They say contact service ruturo.com, but that's a joke. It sends you to the Reviews pages. I won't order from them again.

Turns out I liked the two shirts just fine. And they both fit! I'd never ordered from this company before and was pleasantly surprised....

I love the blue color and the sweater and pants fit perfectly.

I am not a polyester fan, but these products are very well-made, lay nicely and easy to care for. This is my second time purchasing this particular company, and I have been happy with all my items.

Item took a while to arrive, an imposter company in shanghai is posing as you. This had me worried until my purchase arrived this week

Horrible experience. The items arrived and the quality of the material was poor and the items didnt fit. Their website says they accept returns to contact them via email. I immediately sent them an email requesting my refund and they responded that i could keep the items and they would only refund $13.00. I told them I didn’t want the items and wanted a full refund. Since then no one will respond to my emails requesting a refund. I will NEVER purchase from Ruturo ever again!!!

I've not had a good experience in the past buying things from a Facebook ad but that was not the case with Ruturo. The merchandise was of good quality, packaged nicely and shipped out very quickly. I will definitely be buying from this company again in the future.

Love the styles, the quality and original designs

All of the outfits are very pretty and the materials are all comfortable and soft. I am not happy with the fit of one of the styles. The 3-piece outfits with the very short crop top layering piece do not fit well. Maybe it is just my body but, I think they are not made long enough. They hit me just under my breasts but I feel they should be longer than that in both the front and the back. They would look more stylish if they were longer as they are a prominent feature of the outfit.

Fit so well and I receive so many compliments!!

I was happy with the products, but not so much with your customer service. I’d think twice before ordering again because of your less than impressive customer service.
