For anyone wondering, the owners if this platform is Witty and MX799 (both scammers, there are videos of them on youtube). They use to own a luring clan called teamSharky. I use to be a mod on this platform and they would refuse withdrawals to get them to gamble more and ban players , lots of sketchy stuff

Basically I initiated a BTC transfer from crypto.com to runechat and I lost about 40$ in the process. The communication is poor and minimal. In my case they told me to be patient with the issue which i was then Hades said i was all set... Like what does that mean and no money was returned to my account. So basically if there is any problem with your account be sure the ticket will be opened and you will be neglected with proper procedure. Everything happens for a reason.
