Great rug, unfortunately hugely let down by delivery. Original order placed on 14th Aug, finally received on 10th Sept only after a chasing phone call to ask where it was after 3 weeks. Promptly dispatched 'another rug' which was received today with thanks.

Easy to use website and great selection of rugs. Delivered within six working days. Rug looks exactly like the one on website and I'm very happy with it and would use Rug Merchant again.

Service and delivery as they said, plus email as day of arrival, on the delivery day courier phoned to give a time and was spot on. good service nice rug, cant say more than that.

We wanted to buy another rug to match one already in our lounge. The shop where we had purchased the first one informed us that it was now discontinued. We contacted the manufacturer who confirmed it was no longer available. My wife found Rug Merchant on the internet and spoke to them on the telephone. They took all the details and promised to ring us back. To our delight they had sourced the rug somewhere in Europe and we received the rug 2 weeks later. Well done brilliant service will use again.

You know how sometimes you worry that what you are ordering will take a long time to come and then you are disappointed by the colour, quality etc... well, The rugs arrived within 48 hours of ordering and look fantastic on my wooden floors! Expected to receive the rug within a week or two as per confirmation, but nothing arrived. I called and left a message with no responce - so emailed. Contact was received to highlight the rug wasn't in stock and not expecting for over 2 weeks. Wasn't happy but accepted. Was contacted when to expect delivery so stayed in to receive the rug, no rug arrived.
Received answer machine message stating the rug will be delivered the next day - Finally arrived and looks great

i purchased what i thought was a respberry rub to go in my raspberry kitchen but when it arrived it was definiatley not raspberry but red. refund requested

I am very pleased with the rug, beautifully soft and excellent quality. I was a little surprised at the length of time it took to receive it.

I have been looking for a rug to place over my carpet in the hall and came across the site quite by accident but am pleased that I ordered this as it has made a big difference to the look of the hall.

Really pleased with my hall runner as I was having difficulty getting the size I needed. I had the hallway decorated and this was the finishing touch. I did have to wait - just after 14 days, but when I rang, the chap was really pleasant and reassured me It was on it's way. When it came i was thrilled with the quality and colour.

Ordered my rug over 2 weeks ago, phoned them twice, was told its on its way - not received anything yet - will phone again today. What will I be told today!

I bought a machine-made persian rug in artificial fibre at a reasonable price. I was told delivery could be up to six weeks but the rug was delivered in a few days, and is of good quality, a good artificial fibre/machine made facsimile of the kind of hand made silk persian rug that costs hundreds of pounds. It feels very nice on bare feet and grips the stone floor in our hallway very well. I would buy again from this company.

Found the rug in the colour we required and much cheaper than in a large department store for an identical version. Ordering and delivery were very quick and we are thrilled with the quaility of the product. My only very slight niggle is that we were not advised the exact day of delivery, so were lucky that someone was at home. Otherwise superb service and would thoroughly reccomended.
