We ordered a bespoke size rug from Rug Couture. The whole process was easy. We were kept informed throughout. Our beautiful rug was delivered yesterday. We are very happy with the rug and the service received from this company and have no reservations in recommending them.

I'm a designer in the San Francisco area. I worked with Rug Couture to design a custom rug for a large living room, and found both the experience and the end product to be nothing short of amazing! I sent Rug Couture an image and dimensions, and worked with Lee and Mo on-line to tweak the design. They were patient and created several strikeoffs to make sure everything was perfect before beginning production. The rug was just installed a couple weeks ago and is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Rug Couture without reservations, and hope to use them again for future projects.

Not cheap, but good quality and really nice to be able to get the colours and design you want. Communications during the manufacturing process were great. This is the second time we've bought from rug couture and we've been delighted both times.

We bought a custom length hallway runner and it's beautiful! Great selection. A little difficult to manipulate website for purchase. However, we were promptly notified during the proof process as well as manufacturing and shipping.

Good communication and follow up. Rug is as ordered, although selecting colours online and with small swatches can be difficult.

A great experience from start to finish. Samples of colours were sent - then a plan of how the pattern would appear on the size rug we were asking for.
We were kept notified of progress and the rug was shipped to us very well protected via next day delivery. Most importantly - it is perfect!!

We'd been searching for a square rug to go with our new corner sofa but struggled to find any that were the right size or that would work with our colour-scheme. We were very pleased, then, to find Rug Couture and its bespoke service: you could choose from a great variety of designs and then specify the size, the rug-quality, and the colour combinations. They sent out half a dozen samples which allowed us to match the colours precisely. The price too was very reasonable for what was a made-to-order rug.

It did take a little while to figure out the way that the bespoke service on the website worked, but it's an amazingly powerful tool, able to combine whatever colours, designs, and size you want.

We've already recommended Rug Couture to several friends, and would very happily use them again.
