I love that Rug Couture allows me to choose the design of the rug and to get exactly the colors I want. Color samples are sent to ensure the perfect match. Unlike other companies where you are locked into a few standard sizes, Rug Couture offers you the opportunity to get the exact size you need and even the shape you want to compliment your room. This was not my first purchase from Rug Couture-I have a rug I purchased several years ago that still graces my living room. I can speak to their durability as well.

I’ve used Rug Couture at least three times now. Always massively happy with the product …. When it arrives. That’s the biggest problem. Orders are pretty slow. If you want a rug immediately you’re probably best to find one pre-made …. otherwise if you’re prepared to wait then I’d highly recommend Rug Couture!

Really helpful staff, prompt delivery of samples. Second rug I have ordered over 9 years and both have been really high quality. Can’t get rugs like these off the shelf! Would recommend.

We have now bought two rugs - well, carpets really - from Rug Couture. The quality is good and it's great to be able to choose the exact size, shape and colours that you want.

You choose your colours (and pattern) and size and that’s what you get. Well eventually! Delivery experience, is the only let down. Yes, I was given tracking information but the web said my rug was stuck in Singapore but then it just turned up unexpectedly on my doorstep - the outer covering was badly damaged (both ends) but luckily inner wrapping did its protection job. Of course it was a superb quality, colourful, rug.

Absolutely beautiful rug! The best part about the purchase process is the fact that the site lets you customise the colours to suit what the customer is looking for.
Interacting with Lee was a very pleasant experience throughout, highly recommended!
