Rubicon Watches Omdömen

Excellent service

Great selection of watches to choose from but I knew I wanted a Seiko, Hubby and I have owned them since we were 21 - 60 years ago. Arrived by Royal Mail promptly and beautifully presented. Didn’t realise they would have sized the bracelet pre-despatch so struggled with Seiko’s instruction pamphlet, YouTube came to the rescue. So glad I can wear this with no danger of water damage when I wash up etc. I wish I had known about Rubicon Watches years ago, superb Company to deal with.

Received the Lorus Chronograph very quickly from UK to USA, exactly as described, great value, I'd buy from this seller again!

Never, with any other online sales company, have I had such a good connection! Very serious, communicative and attentive to all aspects. I bought a watch, which arrived on time, in perfect condition and very well packaged. Thank you!

There's nothing more valued than a company and team, that quickly and effectively resolve a problem. A watch ordered and delivered internationally was unfortunately damaged. Minor, but impacted function. Steve quickly responded to the issue, provided a seamless return outcome and replaced the product without delay. Quality store. Excellent staff. Highly rated.

When my watch arrived I couldn't get it to start.I was concerned about having to deal with this as I am a long way from the UK. My email was promptly answered and when it became clear that there was a fault with the watch a replacement was swiftly dispatched.Steve was in constant communication and made the whole process easy and clear. My concerns were quickly alleviated. I would happily purchase from Rubicon again and have no hesitation in recommending them

the watch i purchased from you stops after 18 hours.
overnight it runs for 5 hours then stops.

Great company and great service. Although some parts were missing in the initial delivery, they immediately responded and resent the items free of charge. Can really recommend!

Got really great deal and price. The watch was well authenticated and was well packaged.

As the Reviews summary says- a great range of watches at affordable prices. And a query today about date change was answered immediately by Steve.
Very pleased with my watch and the service received.

I've ordered a Lorus watch at Rubiconwatches. Their service is fantastic. I asked if I could have a different watch bracelet ... Within minutes, I got their response that it's no problem. Shipping to Germany went very fast. Extremely friendly and highly recommended company. MANY THANKS and best regards, Tom.

Good price. Quick delivery. Quality product. Help setting up over phone

The watch I ordered arrived on time and was even more impressive in the flesh than online.Excellently packaged and with all paperwork and gift box.The bracelet had been reduced in size to my wrist measurement at no extra cost. All spare links supplied in box.Best price I have seen online. All the courier services seem to have problems especially the one that fails to deliver EVERY time! Fortunately Rubicon use Royal Mail.Delivery spot on.No worries.I have no fears in recommending Rubicon for quality,Range of products price and delivery.

Watch had sold out on manufacturers website and this was the last one on Rubicons site. Item was delivered promptly.

I purchased a Timex Snoopy watch. The watch is lovely. It was very well packaged & very quicky issued and delivered.
I'm a repeat purchaser from Rubicon for a reason. They're a very reliable company, their watches are totally authentic, always competitively priced & their customer service is brilliant! Thank you for another watch that will always be worn & treasured.

Watch looked much bigger in photographs, was disappointed when I received it ,as in my opinion it would have been more suitable for a child but advertised as adult ,kept the watch and gave it to my granddaughter,
