Rubicon Watches Omdömen

Very happy with the watch brilliant purchase, easy transaction and quick delivery.

First class service, found my watch a lot cheaper here, it arrived the next working day

Easy website to use, I could find the watch I wanted quickly.
A lot of options for payment.
Delivery was very quick and you are keep informed of the progress.

The watch is exactly what I wanted.
Comfortable to wear and it's easy to use even when I go surfing.
Good service and prompt delivery, even tho I live in Sydney.

Parcel left in FULL SUN on mat at front door whereas I understood parcel would be left in a secluded spot. I had left an upturned bucked in said spot with notice
on top saying SAFE. No notice was taken of this at all.
This request for a review of your service arrived 5 days before the parcel arrived!

although I live in Australia, I have always received my purchases on time and at half the cost I could have purchased the same item here. Well done Rubicon

Buying process was easy and the customer service was good and quick when I needed assistance.
Despatch & Delivery was completed quickly.
I will certainly keep an eye on their website for any future purchases.

I was looking to purchase a Seiko watch which I eventually found and bought from Rubicon, they were brilliant, very helpful and accommodating. The staff were great. I bought the watch via a phone call after looking on their website, they asked if the braclet needed adjusted, which they did and said it would be delivered by post within 48hrs, which it was. I'm very happy with the service and what I bought. I'll definitely be buying from them again. Thanks.

Very pleased wirh my purchase and the service I received. Great price and fast delivery!

Everything woz 100 % good price and deliverd on time spot on

Purchasing through Rubicon-Watchcom was a positive experience for me.
Contact was made via the internet platform and by email.
Fast, very friendly and courteous service, even when small problems need to be solved.
Delivery to the EU zone takes a little longer, but this is not the responsibility of the seller.
In return, customs clearance is included in the low price.
The item received was in the original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
From my point of view, I really can recommend Rubicon-Watchcom.

Correct watch arrived on time. However, the strap (reduced to my measurements) is a little tight. It would have been better if the spare links had been enclosed with the watch so that I could have got the strap lengthened.

service et ecoute parfait, livraison dans les temps
Je recommande

It was birthday present for my son. He absolutely loves his first proper watch. The watch came with a nice gift box and that made it so special. Thank you!!
