Dear All , i think we should not lose hope of our money . These people should be handed over to police and authorities in whichever part of the world they are so that others are not cheated of their hard earned money . I have filed complaint with DED and keep following up with them . Please update here if anyone receives any information and next action to be taken.

they are all scammer, i pay 9500qr knowing that they have a good service. they dont know how we earn our money. the most disappointed they are pilipino who is a lier. please read first the
review before coming to there office because they are so good to pursue people to available there package. very disappointed i will complain in police about them i have all my receipts and records even they penmanship how they lure us, i have also a picture of one of there staff. proving that we came to there office.

I have the same story you guys experienced, It was totally SCAM i file a complaint in Dubai consumer. And at the same time before December last year I received an email that they are asking me to come to their office this January to take my refund but for my dismay the office is already closed. What can we do now?? And as per the staff from other office thwy saw everyday people are coming their because of the same w thing but none of the royal staff is available because they closed.

Royal Regis is a Total FRAUD and SCAM!!!

Pearl Package purchase was the worst decision we ever made. It was not just a total waste of money and time but I can't even imagine the long list of frustrations and disappoinments in each attempt to avail any of the promised and detailed benefits in the contract. We got robbed right under our noses.

Caution to other people - Royal Regis' prospective victims:

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS SCAM.

And, pleading Dubai Economic Department, UAE Authorities including police to please help us obtain justice in this misfortune ROYAL REGIS inflicted to us and to all their victims.

Totally fake...no one answering the call.

You can also file complaint. Let's see if something come up to get our money back. Also I came to know that they are operating with different names now. Make other people of aware about that.

Royal Regis / Kingsway tours DONT fall into trap of membership. Very easily you can plan your own hotel booking via booking.com .
Thank god I could avail 17 out of 21 days of my pearl package , now that they are absconding and unreachable I cannot avail my remaining 3 days .

If you want your money to be safe don't go to Royal Regis, This was the worst decision we had mail in my entire life, Firstly they will call you and will scam you by saying that you're a winner of gift vouchers, Please do not respond and entertain them because they are going to deceive and trick you into taking advantage of their packages that are completely scamming. My experience was terrible after I paid for for Pearl memberships they no longer talk to you or reply to e-mails. Highly unprofessional people and a travel agency! and there is no refund for your money. If you go to cancel it that is also not possible, I will request our UAE Authority to ban this type of Fraud from people and companies. Now I Heard that they have closed their Mamzar office and all their staff have joined another company, If anyone knows how i can proceed legally please advise

ROYAL REGIS SCAM:
I am a Pearl member of RRG since 2020, due to Pandemic situation I couldn't manage to plan holidays since then, and finally planned for 2023 by visiting their office location on 25-12-2022, Mr. Khaja as always tried to convince us on our 1 year extension request and said he will take approval from Mgmt.... I then enquired via number of emails and after getting no response from their side either email or call, I then finally visited their place today and what I see that their office has been sealed and as per security their office was closed since 1st Jan 2022, as so many members been visiting since then. I will file a complaint tomorrow against RRG to authorities.

Very bad customer service, no response to emails or phone calls....feel totally duped and cheated.

Fraud they run away from dubai mamzar centre the office is closed from last 5 days ,I had to collect my refund Aed 6000 and they made fake promises to pay by first week of Jan I visited their office twice and registered a police complaint against them also .I have shared their emails .all mobile nos are switched off and landline no one available in office

This company in Qatar is a fraud. They will never provide the service they promised. before taking the membership they will say they will provide discounts on tickets. after taking membership when you contact them to book tickets first they will delay the process and then will give quotation for 2 times the cost. we are struggling with them for the past 8 months. No proper response.

If I can rate less than zero, I would really rate them. THEY ARE BLATANT SCAMMERS. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BE A MEMBER OF THEIR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I PAID FOR THE MEMBERSHIP, BUT I WAS NOT ABLE TO ENJOY ANY OF THE BENEFITS BECAUSE THERE ARE A LOT OF HIDDEN CHARGES. DONT BE SCAMMED.

I have very bad experience with entire team from Sales to Finance & Manager Level staff also, don’t have ethics to speak to guest. It’s start like , they called us to give us free stay cation voucher & free cinema tickets for couples. We went Al Ghurair Mall Dubai on 5th September 2022, Sales Team Staff Akshay start to explain us, that Royal Regis Travel Agency offering us free stay cation & cinema tickets, but they are also offering us Holidays Package with Aed 6500/- pearl package, and we can avail that package any time, during that period, their sale agent propose us EMI package mention above Aed 6500/- & they will apply our EMI card that we will pay Aed 270/- monthly. When we get agree , there one of Manager came & he said this Aed 6500/- they will take Pre-Auth from my Credit Card & this amount will get refund in 7days from that day untill now 24th November 2022 almost going to be three months that amount not yet refunded, I called many times for my refund, then they start ball passing game, from Sales Man Akshay To Finance Team, there is a very rude staff , who don’t listen, he just speak & don’t have patience to listen. First of all as per me that finance staff has to learn & take training with ethical behavior, but what I suggest they need Psychiatrist, if they have this much pressure of work, then again I called Sales Team Staff Akshay, he again pass ball to their Manager Cot his name is Khaja Mohiuldeen, I asked that person please refund my advance payment, which you guys taken almost three months ago, that person was Highly Educated 😠as per himself, BCZ he said these things only Educated people can understand, not I can understand, BCZ I am clearly asking my refund, even after refusal from their reservation team, they are giving me two months later scheduled from 5th Feb 2023. UAE government announced Public Holiday from 1st Dec To 4th Dec 2022, but they don’t have slot available, my booking only after two month, so what I am asking , if you cannot accommodate us, then simply refund my advance. Still not get after three months, so my advice to all travelers, please don’t get trap into Royal Regis Travel Agency Staff, you have payment in your hand , when ever you need book online from any travel agency, instead of keeping your money with them. Let’s see when I will get my advance payment. Hoping for best
