I have to say I was very disappointed with these handles. I realise they are handmade but they do need to be the same size. They were put onto our wall cupboard and were clearly different in size. My husband had to file off the difference. And the sides are not nicely rounded but feel quite sharp and cheap.

Naturally Luxurious and Beautiful
I received my beautiful king-sized embroidered linen duvet cover. It is perfect. The soft white is beautiful - not too white, not too yellow ivory. Very soft and lovely. My decor style is elevated-natural, european-collected, quiet luxury and this duvet fits beautifully. Love it!

OMG … I ordered the Harmen chairs for my garden and I am in love with them !!!
They arrived well packaged (as does everything sent by R&W) and they weigh an absolute tonne !! They are unique and beautifully made … I am obsessed 😍
I can’t wait for sone beautiful weather so I can sit out in them … highly recommend if you want something a bit different from the standard chair !!! Just beautiful

Wonderful experience ordering large items (sofas, rugs, footstools) and smaller ones. The pieces are lovely, stylish and timeless, and the customer service is exceptional - so easy to deal with, you speak to real people, and they really went out of their way to help me with a bulky return. Beautiful things for the home
I've bought numerous times from Rowen & Wren, and will likely continue to do so. Their products meld functionality, beauty and quality harmoniously, and in particular, are built to last. I really value this because we live in a world where so much becomes quickly obsolete or out-of-date, to be replaced by an "upgrade". R&W's values are the opposite of this: good things you'll want around the house forever. Those small details that elevate the ordinary into the extraordinary. Wonderful stuff.

Immensely pleased with my recently purchased Clandon Sofa. I found Rowen and Wren's customer service really courteous and helpful, as I had to cancel my original order due to unexpected necessary works in my flat. The sofa is beautiful quality and the delivery service were great. I would definitely recommend this company.

I needed some extra measurements for the table I was thinking of buying and R&W provided this quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner that made it feel like very personal service. Archer bedside tables purchase
I recently purchased the archer bedside shelves after first calling with some questions and receiving great advice from a knowledgable and very helpful team member. Delivery was extremely efficient with good communication. The furniture is lovely and easy to fit with fixings provided. Overall a very positive shopping experience.

Light oak turned lamp. As described on-line, excellent quality, well wrapped and delivered promptly.

Sudbury Garden Dining Chairs
I ordered 4 Sudbury garden dining chairs which are galvanised metal and able to withstand weather. My delivery was due and then cancelled until the following day which was annoying as I had arranged for someone to be here. The chairs arrived stacked in the back of a tatty van with no protection and parcels and packages bundled on top. The chairs are sturdy and excellent quality however one chair had rust on two joints near the seat. I emailed the same day to request a replacement and didn’t hear back so sent a further email and then telephoned, when I eventually got through customer service was helpful and arranged a replacement. I had a text yesterday to say delivery will be today and now today’s delivery has just been cancelled again advising they will be in touch when they are able to deliver.
Overall my experience has been negative and would stop me from buying from Rowen & Wren in the future which is such a shame as their products are excellent.
I have been extremely disappointed with the delivery and how my items where handled and the chairs were obviously not checked for faults before being dispatched.

Regarding the problems over the delivery, please accept our deepest apologies - we are experiencing a number of issues on this front caused by unexpected changes to our delivery partner's service, and we are doing all we can to put things right and minimise the disruption to our customers, who are being inconvenienced through no fault of their own.
