I purchased a set of hard doors for my can am defender in the spring of 26. It’s mid September now and finally decided to install them. When I went thru the parts I had 2 bottom hinges but no top one for the right side. I went on the web site and got on a chat and they sent me the part I needed immediately, got it in 2 days by way of ups at no charge for the part or shipping. Though for sure being months since I bought them I was screwed. I would give customer service more stars if I could. Installation was easy after I watched a utube video. Directions are not the best

Much better ride
Arrived in a timely manner. My 2018 ranger with 23k on it. Was a little concerned about the new was 2mm larger wire size and about 3 inches longer. Fit perfectly, easy install. Ride is WAY better.

I made several purchases over the last…
I made several purchases over the last couple of weeks. One being a new electric tilt windshield. Apparently it was broken during transport and could not be delivered. This was never communicated with me, and I had received an email saying all items had been delivered. I had to reach out to customer service to figure out why it was not delivered. I have not received any follow up on when the new will be delivered. A little more communication would be nice to help me rest assured.

Product (air bags for F150) were great. Installation would have been a little easier if the brackets were marked with what side they went on but other then that it went well. Rough country service and shipping are excellent.
