Ordered for 2026 Frontier W/Utrack…
ordered for 2026 Frontier with Utilitrac. Order and delivery was smooth. Install manual was a bit hard to follow but cannot go too wrong. Once installed, it looks and feels solid. Pull cable is a nice feature. The only thing is tailgate to rear seal is tight; feels like sticking on open and close, but can push past and the seal fit is tight. You cannot fold open the last panel against the cab, but not an issue for me. Overall looks great and feels solid and secure.

2021 Silverado w/ M1 Shocks & Struts
I initially ordered the wrong UCA’s, for my truck, through Rough Country. Not because the “vehicle select” tool was wrong, but I just didn’t do enough research before ordering.. Fast forward to 45K miles later, the upper ball joints were smoked. Leaking grease everywhere, popping, etc. After a few productive conversations with Rough Country’s customer service, we pinned down the issue. Because of those calls and the professional attitude from those few gentleman (could’ve been 1-3 different people) I was able to find the correct setup for my truck and get it ordered. In fact, I ended up ordering the correct UCA’s, M1 Loaded Front Struts, and M1 Rear Shocks. They arrived about 3 days later and I was able to get everything installed in my shop the following day. I absolutely could’ve gone with anyone else but the customer service is what stands out to me and the reason I’ll be back for more upgrades in the future.
At the time of this review, I only have about 400 miles on the new suspension setup so I can’t confidently rate the M1 setup. However, I will say that the truck feels much more responsive to rough surfaces - for example; train tracks, bumps, buckled asphalt intersections where the rear end would typically “dance” - it’s just seems to handle better.

The tailgate assist shock is helpful
The tailgate assist shock is helpful, for sure, but it is not exactly like what was shown in the video - the shock itself is fine but the mounting is different - one bolt instead of two, and there was no longer bolt as indicated, so it was short several threads. But I made it work, and it is a good product for the money.

You sent me the wrong product for my 2018 ram this is the wrong kit for the tailgate assist. It does not work with my truck.
You sent me the wrong product for my truck I put in a 2018 Dodge ram diesel in the nursert is the wrong size. It’s too large to fit in the hole. My hole is oval and you sent me a circle one. I’m extremely upset that this was supposed to be a kit specifically designed for my 2018 ram and it is obviously not. I want my money back such a waste of time.
