I remember calling this number in the past and getting the same argumentative guy if I recall. Totally unhelpful!!.
Really just was not interested so I looked on the website, and called back after saying shall I look on your website?, on the first call!!.Now if it was being restructured he should’ve damn well said so the first time I called!! What was the point of giving me the website address ,if that was the case then.Some estate agents seem to think that the public don’t know anything!!,as I found him very condescending and he had the cheek to turn around and say to me,”I’ve told you already we’re restructuring!!“.You do not speak to anyone like that, especially not a potential client. so basically you’re going to have loads of people phoning up,to find that nothing’s available that I’m asking about then he started arguing with me telling me that the best place to look was right move why didn’t he also say that in the first place more time wasting then he starts arguing the point that some of them are available make up your mind and then tell me which places are available then he was awkward right from the get go when I described the place that I was asking about and then he said we’ve got more than one in that area not of that description you didn’t he just couldn’t be bothered to be helpful. He’s definitely in the wrong job and he’s got a very bad attitude problem. furthermore, if a website is being we structured then it shouldn’t be live they should be a banner or something on it saying we structuring for a better experience for our customers or something along those lines and telling us when it starts and when it ends or something a bit more helpful either way the whole experience was disgusting !!

We had the pleasure of securing our rent new flat with the help of Mohsin. He was very approachable and understanding our situation as a newly graduated couple, making us feel welcome and validate upon the view. Then throughout the paperwork process his well timed check ins were super helpful. Generally the process with Rosewood was very helpful and supportive throughout and I would recommend looking to the properties they represent.

Appalling experience - phoned to view a property and spoke to Akim. He started firing questions at me before I had a chance to clarify a few things I wanted to know before viewing. I pointed this out. He couldn't answer them but did tell me the lease was a year. When I commented on the poor service, he also thought he could apologise for my feelings, despite not knowing me or what I am feeling!
Eventually he said I could speak to his colleague who had just arrived back in the office. He then said, a second later his colleague was on the phone, I must wait. He then said he would put me through and cut me off. I phoned back.
The colleague, Tan answered. When I said I had had a bad experience, Tan brushed me off brusquely with 'that's my Saturday staff'...move on...no apology.
I asked the lease question again and the answer was 2-3 years. I said that didn't suit me, and was about to enquire what else they had, when he put the phone down again!
How very rude.

Been our estate agents for 3 years and just helped us find another house in no time. Would strongly recommend them, and both Angus and Allayen were extremely helpful and on top of everything throughout the entire process!

Amazing service provided by the team, will use them again to find another property, very prompt with what they are doing!

Giving them one star is beyond generous. We are now filing a civil suite against this agent and their landlord due to the absolute negligence and refusal to respond especially from the 'branch manager' Mohsin. The stress they put my client under is beyond shocking. There was leak in his above his head and the agents solution was to buy a bucket it has been two years. They have also refused to provide us with the EICR to confirm if the property is compliant - legally compliant and even though this has been chased they still refuse to give to us which makes me believe that not only is the service abysmal- they are also renting properties which are not compliant with the law which make this beyond dangerous. AVOID THEM like the plague there are so many more issues to raise. Please be careful and think twice before renting through them.
