Rosetoy-official.com is a scam site impersonating the legitimate RoseToyOfficial.com brand. They use a misleading domain name and branding to trick customers. When I tried to cancel my order after realizing the deception, they refused, then sent a fake “declaration” claiming they were authorized. I have screenshots I was unable to attach showing:
- A warning from the real Rose Toy brand
- Their fake email and bogus claims
- Domain data proving they are not affiliated.

They offered me a 10% discount or a 15% cancellation fee, on a product I didn’t want. This is manipulation, not customer service. I disputed the charge with my bank and am posting this to protect others. Do not trust this company.

Website is a scam. Products don't work, customer support is poor. Most reviews here are fake/misleading.

I recieved all my items very quickly. They were packaged very discretely and "undercover." Everything worked well and the charging took no tome at all.
