we did not read reviews since we bought with them in past. now trail gone cold and refund not given. we have notified action for fraud but bought on debit card so not sure we will ever see our moeny again.
Not sure why they are not shut down by the government and criminally prosecuted

I would strongly suggest you do not buy from this company - simply terrible...was quoted the standard 6-8 weeks - still no bed or any confirmation of a date 10 weeks later....customer services is appalling...had to ring credit card company to cancel the order...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before we purchased. Lesson well learnt. Whilst I did have responses from room to grow via email and the order was cancelled the refund was never actioned. Eventually I received a refund but only because I put a claim in on my credit card.

Bought a bed for my son. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. After 8 weeks I chased and they said they didn't know what the delivery date would be.
I subsequently cancelled my order. 14 days later I have not received a refund.
I have sent multiple emails but limited responses. Shocking.

Avoid like the plague. Do not use this company. They mis-sold me the bed, the delivery time was not clear, I cancelled only a few days after making the purchase and after 3 wks I still have not had my refund. They are cowards, do not answer the phone and lie to you.

Hands down the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.

Ordered 2 children's beds and 1 mattress with 6 to 8 weeks delivery.

After 7 weeks I got a call to say delivery being scheduled. Only 1 bed turned up.

No customer service number, emails responded to every couple of days with one sentence responses.

Its now approx 12 weeks since initial order and I'm going through my credit card company to obtain a refund as I am now being ignored.

Make sure you check Trust Pilot before ordering from any kids beds companies!!

As the many reviews on the site, I cancelled an order with them and they have still not refunded me. It has been a month of chasing them to try and get the refund of £159. Every time they say they are going to process it and they don’t. I am still waiting on a refund. I would not buy from this site again.

This follows on from a previously reported saga but it shows an even darker side to Room to Grow and I am needing to consider how to proceed with this now.
3 days after I was awarded a chargeback for my order by my bank for non-delivery they started to try to steamroll a massively late delivery through. Cancellations were repeatedly requested over and over to Room to Grow, including one by the 3rd party delivery company, leading to yet another confirmation of cancellation by myself, including a reminder I had won a chargeback case and been refunded.
Then basically I was charged AGAIN today, 9 days after this raft of cancellation requests throughout May.
Edit: Today, June 4th I finally received a notice of cancellation and was also told a refund was upcoming for the repeated charge. Fingers crossed… watch this space!
Finally… I DID actually receive a refund for the repeat charge this morning via Klarna! But this is a rollercoaster ride I never want to repeat! Quite some nightmare from April 9th to June 6th.

Great quality furniture at a very affordable price. Good customer service, helpful and responsive, would thoroughly recommend.

Awful company... DO NOT buy from them!
Ordered bed which had a 10-15 day leadtime. Over a month later still waiting and they were unable to provide a leadtime. Cancelled order and told I'd get a refund within 14 days. 3 weeks later still no refund and now not responding to my emails!

**Update... It's very easy for you to reply to my comment on here leading others to believe it's being dealt with... Unfortunately it's not the case and I've still heard nothing from this company. Extremely fraudulent...**

Yet another bad review- placed the order online to be told that they only had half the order in stock. I asked for a refund which they agreed to and I’m still waiting 6 weeks later for any return on funds, and total lack of communication. They have taken my money and the items didn’t even leave their premises!

I don't usually leave reviews but the customer support team were really helpful chasing my order. After a few weeks I received my order and the bedside tables were exactly what I was looking for, same as in their images. They are good quality and sturdy.

This company is 0 stars. Placed an order in March with a 10 day delivery advertised. Had to raise a complaint through Klarna and still nothing and no refund. Finally showed up in May without any communication. I had already had to buy a bed for my child as couldn't wait any longer for them. Now they won't respond to my return request. No answer on the telephone number. No answers to numerous emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

It's a pity I can't give it 0 stars. Placed an order last month and still no sign of the item. No answer on there telephone number and the email correspondence is painfully slow and unhelpful.
Truly shocking service leading to unhappy kids waiting for a bed. Wish I read these reviews before wasting time, effort and money with Room to Grow. I would avoid at all costs

Order bunkbeds that should have been delivered in 6-8 weeks. In week 11, I cancelled the order. I have emailed at various times to be given no clear date.

Dont be fooled and don’t bother ordering from these guys you are just wasting your time and they should be closed down!

Ordered a desk for my daughter on 22nd April which had a 5-10 day delivery and still no sign of it 4 weeks later.

I’ve emailed them twice and I was told “there seems to have been an internal error with the system. This has now been rectified.” I still haven’t received my order. I’ve asked someone to call me back as I want a full refund and no reply. There’s also no contact number on their website.

The quality of the fittings for their beds is shockingly bad. Assembled the bed as per instructions and on lifting it to move it in place it all came apart. Fittings are loose, no grip and impossible to tighten properly. If you do the metal clamps either bend out of shape or punch through the wood breaking it. They even sent the wrong parts but makes little difference as am not going to keep it

Placed an order for a bed over 8 weeks ago. Tried ringing to chase the order but the phone just rings out and goes to answer machine which says to email. I had already emailed the days ago and had no reply. This is appalling customer service. Wish I’d seen all the other reports of people in the same situation before I’d placed my order! Will be reporting them to Watchdog

I ordered new furniture for my son’s
Room. No communication on delivery date. Have called serval times and getting either one liner unhelpful emails or nothing at all!!! It’s a total joke!

Bought furniture for my little sister's new bedroom and she loves it!
The bed and wardrobe are really sturdy and it was all easy to build
