Rome & Vatican card Omdömen 

We went to Rome for three days in February 2023. We researched the various discount cards on offer and settled with an Omnia card and a Roma card for 72 hours. When we arrived it was quickly apparent that either one or the other card worked at any one time. The Roma card gave us free metro and bus travel ( apart from the Airport bus) and also giave us access to the Massimo museum plus free access to three other museums. On the other hand, the Omnia card got us a 72 hour hop on/hop off tourist bus ticket and discount or free entry to other attractions such as the Colisseum and The Vatican. They seemed a bit expensive but in fact represent good value as long as you get round the City every day, all day.

There is no chance to reserve in Basílica de San Pedro.
4 years before this service existed and the price of the service was app 25% less.

I think that what it is included could be better explained because it is a bit confusing. Also, we think that it is not so wortwhile.

Did not feel it was worth the money. We still had to queue to every attraction. Not worth it.

I don't have the ordernumber, to log in the app. Now I can't use the app and make easy reservations. Also the link ''I don't remember the order number, send me an email'' doesn't work.

It is not a single card, but two. Difficult to use, children had to buy transport tickets, you have to book well in advance for some places, the touristic buses with long stops and all of them the same route.

We appreciated having free and/or discounted access to top attractions, and being able to access the hop-on hop-off bus tour.

Bonjour. Jusqu’à la réception des cartes tout va bien. En revanche il m’a été impossible de rentrer les codes et numéros des 2 cartes. Votre application non seulement fonctionne très mal mais en plus seule la version en italien est accessible. Je ne parle pas italien. Je suis extrêmement déçue et ne recommande surtout pas votre site. Je souhaite être remboursée, j’ai payé très cher des billets que je ne pourrai pas utiliser lors de mon séjour du 29/12/22 au 02/01/23. Cordialement Stéphanie cariou

All bookings must be made through internet and the relevant servers are not ok. Impossible to book museum visits on time.
Location of city round trip bus stops not accurate. And fréquence of those buses very very low.

La mayoría de los monumentos o eran gratis o tenías que esperar igual que el resto ñ. El vaticano tuve que verlo sin audiencia porque no funcionaba la aplicación ñ.
Al final es una tarjeta cara y no la amoetizas

Que cueste menos dinero e incluya más cosas, como el transporte para los menores y que dure más dias

It is very difficult and impractical to plan excursions using the Omnia 72h + Roma Pass (ca 130 EUR)

One can spend hours comparing the limitations between the different options. From a Northern European perspective you are overly bureaucratic and not so customer-oriented.

The cards have to be picked up at various points throughout the city (one of them sent me somewhere else) I didn't use the map in the folder so I would have preferred an E-ticket.

The Omnia card and booking comes with MANY reservation numbers/ confirmation codes or PQR-codes and I (working as an Engineer) didn't find the correct one for unlocking the app.

The Open Bus ticket has its own 72h validy-period as does the Omnia Card and the Roma Pass. Some are valid from first use others are valid from the activation day making it impractical to start in the afternoon. You should add margins to your customers that think they have bought the 'all-inclusive option'

Instead of enjoying Rome and the hotel one has to spend time in the evening solving a puzzle what card to use when and for what attraction and also bearing in mind that some need to be booked the day before.

The Omnia Vatican 72h card + Roma Pass can result in unnecessary stress (during the holiday!)

I still recommend some features particularly as they include 'skip the line options' which I guess saved some valuable time.

I'm normally a very good planner with organisational skills but maybe from a Scandinavian/Northern Europe /North America perspective.

It feels like an Italian Guy /team had a good time (for themselves - not the customer) planning meticulously on how to restrict the customer's experience. One example being how you describe/ split the combined entry for the Colloseum + Palatine Hill( + Roman Forum) restricting it to one day for one option and 24h for another.

It would help if you added 3 free museum etc. visits to the card instead of 2. More importantly there are some inconsistencies /errors online.

You are not close to 100% satisfaction.

Good Service, fully satisfied, value for the money, Staff are informative and helpful, very comfortable seats and guidance etc. Overall very impressive.

A good experience,staff at the company office in St Peters Sq were brilliant, helpful, advising. Some directions were not clear and this could be through language barriers, BUT would use again.

The card gave good value, but it was hard to understand how to use it. Making reservations before we got the card wasn’t possible since there was no option to click that we had the card. We missed out on a lot of the things we wanted to do because of this.

Nous avions le pass 3 jours Omnia card et Roma pass. C'est top pour prendre les transports en illimité. Par contre il faudrait améliorer la logistique : obligé de récupérer les cartes à un endroit dans le centre de Rome, il faut quand même réserver sur des sites internet les visites inclues, qui coûtent encore 2€ par personne, imprimer les réservations, se présenter à l'accueil des visites pour qu'ils puissent transformer la réservation en billet. C'est une usine à gaz.
Mettez en place des endroits dans les aéroports ou à la gare pour tout récupérer, faites en sorte que les réservations soient enregistrées directement sur les cartes afin de rendre tout + simple.
Et ce sont des billets coupe file sauf que... Avant d'entrer par exemple à la basilique St Pierre, il y a un contrôle de sûreté à passer et celui-ci n'est pas coupe file donc ça ne change rien, il faut quand même attendre jusqu'à plusieurs heures des fois pour y accéder... Personnellement nous avons laissé tomber et au final si nous avions pris tout séparément ça n'aurait pas été + cher je pense et pas + compliqué.
Un audio guide sur application était inclus, mais l'application ne fonctionnait pas donc nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier.
Bref, déçus.
Une grande amélioration de cette carte est nécessaire.
