Rome & Vatican card Omdömen 

There are not so many points to get your card when You bought it via internet, the schedules are too bad

Nous avons pris 4 Omnia Card 72h (donc doublée de la Roma Card) pour notre voyage à Rome début avril 2024, pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants (de plus de 10 ans).
Seul intérêt de la carte, avoir trouvé un créneau pour visiter le musée du Vatican (carte prise environ 1 mois avant notre départ).
Pour le reste, la carte n'a aucun intérêt, sauf à faire un don au Vatican (!), d'autant plus que tout est globalement confus, que l'on vous oriente sur des visites à relatif faible intérêt, et que de nombreuses visites que vous ferez certainement ne sont pas comprises dans la carte.
Après calcul, la carte nous a vraisemblablement coûté le double de ce que nous aurions payé individuellement.
L'accès à la basilique St Pierre est gratuit, la carte ne vous donne aucun accès coupe-file, et l'accès à la coupole de la basilique est payant (8 ou 10 €) sans réduction avec la carte.
L'accès au Panthéon coûte 5 €, pas de réduction avec la carte.
Si vous faites le Musée du Vatican et le Colisée + parc archéologique, il vous en coûtera environ 65 € par personne (35€ + 30 €).
La plupart des accès aux magnifiques églises de Rome sont gratuits (ça vaut effectivement peut-être le don !).
Pour autant beaucoup d'avis positifs sur des sites de voyage spécialisés qui vraisemblablement ont un intérêt à vanter les mérites de cette carte...

Our trip isn't until September but I really liked the fact that tickets could be delivered to my home rather than trying to find pickup location once we get there.

I paid omnia card and roma pass nothing was free except Vaticano museum and Colosseo romano forum palatino i should pay for every other attractions !!!
Don't buy this card it is useless you can directly a cut file ticket without pay 150 €.

I definitely don't recommend Omnia Card and Roma Pass because it's clearly a scam, at a price of €149. You should already know that firstly, Rome is a city where you walk a lot, which is part of its charm, so you will hardly use the bus or the metro during your stay. Secondly you have to collect these cards in an office and there are only 2 places in the city... but send it to us digitally on the internet, it is 2023!! Third, you are obliged to book your visits with this card, you say to yourself great I will go before everyone else in the queues, that is not true, I have always waited in the queues at each visit. You book Saint Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, when you arrive you realize that the visit is actually free! You say to yourself too bad I'm going to visit the Dome thanks to these cards, no you have to pay €8 extra to be able to go up to the Dome of the Vatican. If you want to visit the Borghese Gallery, it's impossible there is never a place, you have to book a week in advance but no one tells you that. So when you arrive in Rome 3 days before the date you would like to visit, it's too late (I sent an email to the Borghese Gallery to find out if I could still visit, but I never got a response). Visiting the Colosseum is of very little interest, you cannot go to the heights of the Colosseum otherwise you have to pay extra and you have hordes of tourists. The Colosseum is more interesting on the outside than on the inside so once again no need for maps. In addition you must automatically pay a supplement of €2 to reserve the Colosseum. In fact in 72 hours you will probably visit 4 or 5 attractions which will have cost you €70 and again I'm being generous, here you pay €149, it's a scandal.

Our Omnia cards, ordered 11/18 never arrived. I'm still waiting on them.

Useless card and service, I want my money bavk

After 7.5 hours, i can definitely state that the museum got my attention. Its Egyptian collection is amazing and the rest of the collection was too.

Email with tickets for Musei Vaticani not delivered. Obviously no one picking up the phone and I had to run back to the office at Piazza San Pietro.
The offer of Omnia Card is reduced (no priority entrance for Basilica San Pietro, and no possibility to enter the Colosseo and no guided visit at Musei vaticani (it was offered in the past)). Is the third and definitely LAST time that I’ve purchased an Omnia Card.

We were worried as we thought you had to book the coliseum and there were no dates left on the 3 days we were in Rome . However we presented our omnia Roma pass to the ticket office at the coliseum and we’re given tickets to visit straight away . We pre booked Vatican museum and jumped the ques . Had an amazing time . Visited many attractions. Also used the tour hop on and off bus with the card . And used public transport with the Roma pass . The castle was also amazing . You don’t pay any extra . These cards are great value for money . Just a tip . We ordered cards a couple of weeks before we travelled and paid to get them delivered to our home , before we travelled . Well worth the money .. we had the Roma Vatican pass and omnia …

Really bad. With the Omnia card, they are happy to accept money before you can check if there are available visit times for the 3 days you visit Rome. So basically you pay and they provide no visits especially to the Vatican museum and the Sistine Chapel and also they don't provide refunds for that with the excuse that the card is valid for 1 year. Stay away.

no merece la pena cogerla, perdimos el tique del bus turístico con dos viajes, y no nos sacaron otro así que perdimos 2 viajes mas, te intentas poner en contacto y contestan tarden y ya cuando se termino nuestro viaje solo la pudimos aprovechar para entrar al museo y eso que cogimos 3 tarjetas de onmia de 72 horas venía conjunta con la roma Pass esa si que la recomiendo es la que mas puedes utilizar aun así nuestro viaje fue fabuloso pena lo de la tarjeta

So just to make it simple, do not buy the omnia + Roma pass ... As you cannot collect the Roma pass from roma pass collection point, bit you have to go all the way to Vatican , so you have to buy public transport ticket to get there while you already paid for it . Roma pass point do not deliver the pass you bought ... And there are only two collection points, one is closed at 1pm and on Sundays... Also, as it is not proper Roma pass, the pre booking for museum is hell as you have to go to all different site every time...they were very prompt at getting the paiement,bit nothing when it came to help ..so if you arrive on a Saturday afternoon,you won't be able to collect your card easily....

Με την Omnia Card δε μπορέσαμε να μπούμε σε χώρο που είχαμε κάνει κράτηση ημερομηνία και ώρα! Αποφασίσαμε να αγοράσουμε την Omnia Card 72h σε συνδυασμό με τη Roma Pass ( μόνο με τη Roma Pass μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι) καθώς μας έδειχνε πρόσβαση σε όλους τους χώρους ( πληρώσαμε 268€ για 2 κάρτες - ήταν δε προσφορά από 294€ ! ) , μόνο που αφού έγινε η πληρωμή μπορέσαμε να κάνουμε pre-book μόνο στο Βατικανό, σημειωτέον μόνο εκεί ισχύει το skip the line. Για τα υπόλοιπα σημεία πχ Κολοσσαίο δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμη κράτηση, ενώ πηγαίνοντας στην ουρά μπήκαμε! Είχε γίνει κράτηση ημερομηνίας και τα για τη Βασιλική του Αγίου Πέτρου, πηγαίνοντας στο ταμείο, αφού περιμέναμε στην ουρά, δείχνοντας την κάρτα μας είπαν : No, with this card! Και πληρώσαμε άλλα εισιτήρια για να μπούμε!

C'était la 3ème fois que je partais à Rome avec cette carte, quelle déception ! Refoulées à l'entrée du bus impérial car sans le ticket validé le premier jour alors que j'ai la carte. Refoulées une 2ème fois devant le bus "rouge" alors que Omnia au vatican m'a précisé que l'on pouvait prendre les bus des 3 compagnies. A cela se sont ajoutés plein de problèmes avec les visites réservées, lorsque nous récupérons les cartes au vatican, ils ne savent pas si ma petite fille de 10 ans révolus peut avoir une carte ou non, car il faut peut être qu'elle est 10 ans et non pas 10 ans et 2 jours, ils ne nous donnent aucune réponse et je me suis débrouillée comme j'ai pu. Une galère cette carte désormais tout au moins à Rome. Pour moi, cette carte c'est fini.

Wir haben die Karten online für den vollen Preis gekauft, versprochen wurden schnelle Eintritte, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Hop on Hop off. Geschrieben wurde, dass das online buchen der Attraktionen möglich sei, jedoch haben wir nie die Möglichkeit bekommen oder einen Link etc. Am Schalter wurden uns für die Vatikanischen Museen eine Zeit gegeben, obwohl wir eine andere Führung hatten und das wurde nicht berücksichtigt, obwohl wir es gesagt hatten. Wir mussten an jeder Attraktion zusätzlich anstehen und fast immer den vollen Ticketpreis zahlen. Es gibt kein Angebot für Studenten oder Ermäßigte! Und für 150€ für einen Studenten jedes Mal voll bezahlen zulassen ist unfair und zusätzlich noch die Tickets. Nur an den Ticketoffices direkt kann man die Preise sehen und für das Geld 3 Tage 150€ hätte man auch alles billiger kaufen können. In Summe hat uns das Ticket bis auf 3 Tage Bus/Metro fahren für jeweils 50€ nichts gebracht ( kostet im Normalfall 7€)

The Romapass is great to enter with out queueing. But it not very clear to know what is included and what is with discount. But the the pass is great (and I think make you save money). I think that we need à notice with the pass to know all the visit inclused and all the visite you can do with a discount .
