So far great experience, on my first redemption, so I'll see how it's goes,
And I'll update with full review. Hopefully I can add 5 stars and not subtract any!
*Update*
It's been 2 buisness days so far, the only thing I've received is an email asking me to take pictures of my debit card, my debit cards are virtual, so customer service asked I don't screenshot but take a photo of my screens! Which made no sense to me, but I did it! So now I have no clue what's next! Im taking a star back from my review.
I'll update more if things go well or not!
*UPDATE* ITS BEEN 3 BUISNESS DAYS!
after the email about sending photos of my debit card, after doing so, I got no reply back!! And the AI support bot stated it may take 1-5 MORE buisness days...so it restarted my review window!
Literally been waiting almost a week!
No email followups or anything from ROLLA!
I've done all theyve asked and still NO PAYOUT!

No customer support not a human atleast
I am fairly new to Rolla, but I have played on many casinos online and I’m verified with many casinos online w/no problems! I have learned to get fully verified before I ever play on any site so before I invest my money I get verified!
So ofcourse that’s what I did on this site I was completely verified on Rolla before I made my first purchase. Today I made two purchases one for 7.50 and one for 10 i hit quickly after I bought 10 more dollars I hit for 400 so I go to cash out and I’m getting nothing but the runaround !
Tap redeem it’s saying I need to verify so I tap on verify its saying I’m completely verified to close the page but you can’t even close page I finally get out of the page, go back to redeem the same thing over and over and over again I go to Help. I get the bot lots of fun with that. It’s telling me to do everything I’ve already done and then it tells me that there’s no customer support that I’m stuck with NO HELP!
This CASINO NEEDS TO OFFER SOME SORT OF HUMAN SUPPORT ! I play on many casinos this is ridiculous I want to speak to a human being that can fix whatever the problem is with this SITE !
