I’ve played many other games like these and sometimes the cashing out rules are so complicated even an attorney would not be able to understand them. But luckily this site wasn’t one of them. I stay clear of them.

I registered with Rolla a long while back. Made a few purchases and as an avid experienced player and hardcore sweep casino critic as well it didn't take long to see and feel the site was a lost cause. Nevertheless I continue to log in everyday collect the daily it's dismal worth.
They got a lackluster game provider library anyhow.
Well my state recently passed legislation not out right banning sweep casinos , but giving the gaming commission the power to send cease and desist letters and other powers as they see fit to their discretion.
Well for two weeks now Rolla has allowed me to log in collect the daily play the SC and GC only now tellung me their site and game providers are not available in my area.wasting my valuable time.
I saved up their measly .01 daily untill I accumulated a couple SC only now to tell me I can't play there. What a crock. Shady ass site to begin with. It's pretty odd they tell me "so and so" provider is not available in my region but I have no issues playing them on a whole bunch of other sites. I cashed out three times this week alone from other sites playing slots from the same provider they tell me is not available in my region.
These are the sits that need to be sent cease and desist letters shut their crooked asses down.
In all honesty I really care less about rolla casino or not being able to play there it's just the fact that he wasted my time.
I don't know anybody's had anything good to say about this site I would never have recommended them and didn't and wouldn't and won't. Good riddance Rolla. Don't be selling my data .

Rolla- leaves me feeling ripped off
I have tried Rolla, 3 different time..and each time i have, I am reminded why I dont play on this site.
Today, played howling - won 10.00 amd another 10.00 but immediately after that..i was at 60.00sc, and its like someone flipped a switch. Spent the next 35-40 without winning a.single.bonus round. Total.bulls#$%.
Then i tried three or.four other games, not even a win of a single 1.0sc.or a single bonus round.
Everytime i have played this site, i walk away feeling ripped off. Save your money- go elsewhere.
**its time i woke up- just because there are positive 4 star reviews it doesnt mean they are legitimate. The real ones, dont sound rehearsed- and are all 1 star.
