I ordered the illuminated luffy and zoro Youtooz but made a mistake on the details for my address( I’m from the uk)I reached out and explained and they where really helpful and fixed the issue. Really happy, my parcel arrived in good condition and packed really well. Thank you Rogue. Would definitely go back!

Fantastic as always, this is the second or third time I've pre-ordered hard to find items for Australia. Packaged well, fast delivery and good communication when I have any questions. All the pop vinyls came in perfect condition in cases.

Overpriced and slow to deliver
Do not buy from this company. They mislead you into thinking they’re exclusive, but they’re not. They then treat you like an idiot and claim ridiculous reasons for them charging more than 3 times the price for something you can get elsewhere. They do not overcharge because they pay more than other companies that are owned by the distributors, they overcharge because they’re a rip off. Joke is on me because I paid the ridiculous price, but I’ve since found the same items in many other places, so Rogue are not unique in any way other than they had them advertised for pre order earlier than the rest. Rogue Online are not special, they’re just a rip off. After finding the item later at less than a third of the price, I tried to cancel, but they wouldn’t let me, so I’ll just do my best to save other people some money. Do not buy Funkos from them, buy them from PopCultcha or literally anywhere else. Even eBay probably has brand new Funkos being resold cheaper.

You placed an order for a pre -order product which we secure from FUNKO US and in the US it is exclusive to FUNKO Only, Funko does not allow any cancellations as a result we cannot mend any pre-orders as they are specifically paid and secured for the customer. Furthermore release and delivery times are completely under Funko control. PopCultcha is owned by the Australian distributor it gets exclusives at very low prices that only they have access to, don't compare them with us or any other business, as any other business that wants to stock it will have to import from Funko US, this was clearly stated on the product page, and is a part of the T&C which you would have read and agreed to prior to being allowed to place the order. You have been banned from further access due to your aggressive attitude and behavior.
