Man kann diesen Produkt nicht so einfach zurückschicken kunde wird belastet von die Rücksendekosten ist für mich ein Betrug und diese Firma ist unseriös . Ich habe meine drei Hemden zurückgeschickt muss 11 € für Rücksendekosten bezahlen Unverschämtheit . Einfach finger weg von dieser Firma

I spent €2000 with Rogue, one of the bars was missing end caps, at first I ignored it as I didn’t think it was an issue. But as I notified dust had entered I asked Rogue if I could be sent or buy some replacement end caps. These are such a low cost item and they have them in their warehouse but John K from customer service had no interest in helping.

Nichtmal die Online-Bestellung klappt. Alles probiert. Schändlich!

The new generation of Bumper plates are breaking during normal usage.
Our old plates from 2015 are still in better condition. Rogue is accusing us of using them wrongly, instead of admitting poor quality.

Commande toujours pas reçue 😕
Plus d’un mois pour une livraison annoncée de 7/10 jours. Pas de réponse du SAV. En dehors de la probable perte financière je nani pas eu mes cadeaux à temps pour une fête.

I'm very happy with my Rogue Echo Bike that I ordered from Rogue Fitness Europe. FedEx delivered it super quickly from Belgium to Oslo, and the VAT bill came electronically about two days later directly to my bank (efaktura). I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Rogue Europe after reading the reviews here, but I went ahead anyway and don't regret it at all. The original seat is terrible though, so I swapped it out for a Selle SMP TRK. I also replaced the pedals with some clipless Shimanos. The bike is built like a tank, and my only complaint is that for some reason it doesn't come with a wind guard, which should have been included for free.

Nuovo Echo Rower della Rogue – La mia esperienza dopo 4 anni di Concept 2 🚣‍♂️🔥
Dopo aver utilizzato per 4 anni il Concept 2 (acquistato nuovo), ho deciso di provare il Nuovo Echo Rower della Rogue. La domanda che tutti si pongono è: com'è rispetto al Concept 2?

La mia risposta è chiara: il Rogue migliora l’esperienza di remata già magnifica del Concept 2. Siccome tutti conoscono il Concept 2, vi parlo direttamente delle differenze che ho notato.

🔹 Stabilità e Peso
✅ Il Rogue è più pesante e stabile: remando, senti che è incollato a terra, senza quella leggera sensazione di movimento del Concept 2.

🔹 Trasporto e Spostamento
✅ Le ruote grandi sono finalmente funzionali! Puoi spostarlo facilmente senza dover trovare la giusta inclinazione, a differenza delle micro rotelline tipo trolley del Concept 2.

🔹 Pedane e Fissaggio Piedi
✅ Il nuovo gancio delle staffe per i piedi è geniale: permette di salire e scendere velocemente, perfetto se lavori con un partner.
✅ Le staffe sono più larghe, migliorando il comfort e la stabilità.

🔹 Dettagli Intelligenti
✅ Segna altezza catena: ottimo per aiutare i nuovi atleti a imparare la corretta tecnica di remata.
✅ Blocco del carrello migliorato: finalmente non schiocca quando sollevi il row!
✅ Sistema di chiusura a libretto: si ripiega facilmente e si può appendere alla parete con la piastra Rogue (le misure sono identiche al Concept 2).

🔹 Sensazione di Remata e Resistenza
✅ Ventola migliorata: nel Concept 2, tra resistenza 3 e 4 la differenza è minima, mentre nel Rogue la progressione è graduale (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5… fino a 10) e si sente bene.
✅ Catena fluida: il ritorno è naturale e la tirata molto gradevole.
✅ Flusso d’aria: remando sul lato destro si sente un leggero ritorno dell’aria dalla ventola. Non so se sia voluto, ma è comunque presente (differenza rispetto al Concept 2).

🔹 Comfort e Tecnologia
✅ Sellino: denso ma morbido, offre un buon comfort anche sulle sessioni più lunghe.
✅ Computer di bordo migliorato: finalmente grande e ben visibile, con tasti chiari e ben posizionati. A differenza del Concept 2 (dove i tasti di selezione sono in basso e difficili da premere quando sei stanco e sudato), qui sono per primi in alto, più grandi e facili da usare.
✅ Porta cellulare incluso 📱: perfetto per tutti gli smartphone, un'aggiunta molto comoda.

🔻 Unica nota negativa
❌ Cambio batteria complicato: serve un cacciavite a croce e una chiave Torx. Sarebbe stato meglio un accesso più semplice.

🎯 Conclusione
Se ami il Concept 2, amerai il Rogue Echo Rower ancora di più. Più stabile, più pratico, più fluido. È un investimento che migliora l’esperienza di allenamento. 💪🔥

Extremely slow delivery service.

Received the wrong product.

Sent an enquiry via customer service 24 hours ago asking for them to send the correct product but as yet no reply.

Ware seit über eine Woche nicht an Fedex übergeben, obwohl es heisst das es Verfügbar und sofort versandbereit ist.

Got a damaged product, cant complete the review on their website because the Block my review.
No response from support, totally to avoid this scammers.

Paid £200+ for home gym timer in 2019, it failed recently so reached out to Rogue support to diagnose the problem. Below was responce:
“ For a Timer of this age we are not able to diagnose or troubleshoot further what might be gone wrong here”.

Everything in the store has been good. Ordered Thursday night and received my item Monday noon. All packaging and airbike were in perfect order.
Mail communication has gone well. Rogue has delivered on everything they promised, so 5 stars from here.

Je n' ai jamais reçu mon colis qui soit disant a été livré à mon domicile le 1er octobre. Après 2 mails envoyés au service client aucun retour de leur part et bien sûr pas de moyen de les contacter. C est inadmissible le service client est inexistant. J ai mis 1 étoile car on ne peut pas en mettre 0.

I received excellent customer service from John K over a number of messages, communication was really clear, considered and timely and I was pleasantly surprised about the help I was given which was beyond expectations and much appreciated. Thank you

Worst online shopping of my life! First I made 1 order - they split it in 3, only first part came in the time frame specified although UPS send me email for one date but the actual parcel came 2 days later. The second part was a lot late so I reached out to customer support - they said UPS has probably lost the package so they send me a new one which was the proper thing to do however UPS delivered both packages in the same day (the one that was lost and the second one that was sent from rogue) which then meant for me to go and return the second parcel which was very inconvenient, they should've sent a carrier to come and pick it up from my address. The third part of my order I reached out after 2 months and they said they still don't have available so I asked for my money back which they at least returned. And the worst thing is that this was supposed to be a present for my husband's birthday but it took 2 months to resolve and not with the exact order. So overall - I wouldn't order again and if you need something in time or to be sent at all this is not the place to be ordering from.

Shocking service and communication. Ordered over £100 worth of kit only for the delivery driver to leave it on the floor in full view of the public and it had of course been taken. Informed Rogue of this and am yet to hear anything back regarding a refund or my parcel. I have emailed them twice in the past few days and not heard back. Complete lack of understanding.

Es gibt Kundenservice der wirklich alles versucht um Ersatzteile, etc. zu Ihren Produkten zu beschaffen und an den Kunden weiterzugeben!

Bei Rouge ist das nicht so! Es gibt Teile an deren Gerätschaften für die man keine Ersatzteile bekommt! Egal ob von Rogue USA oder Rogue EU!
Man wird sehr knapp abgewimmelt!!!

Rogue bekommt von mir keinen Support mehr, und ich habe schon 1000sende Euro investiert!
