I wanted to love this place but im starting to believe the sell recalled food
We have been 3 times was amazed by the bargains but bought some cakes some was ok opened the next packet it tasted and smelled like solvent then the next pack had mould i bought dweebs sweets for my kids found a red rubber band inside a sealed sweet box binned all 3 boxes of them im feeding this to my children I can deal with me getting ill but the kids I cant take the risk so items are so out of date its very worrying its put me completely off going again its a shame

We purchased a box of chilly poppadoms.when opened the box the stench of mould that came off them was unreal. The box inside was mouldy. I rang them to tell them to find they put a video out say it's not mould it's actually the green chilly flakes that look like mould. Do they think I'm stupid. I know difference between mould and chilly. It's took ages to get the smell out of my nose it was that bad. Because of this we've stopped going. It was good when first opened but all you get now is drinks, noodles and food never heard of.

I am a permanent customer for Rogers from day one and I was very happy in general with everything until today afternoon. I went to their old branch were I always go and do shopping in Bradbury and I found it closed and moved to another shop in the same area. I went to the new place and it was my first time to park there, I was not sure where to park as the car park looks like to separated car parks, however, there were so many car bats with cones and without any instructions so we moved one of the cones and parked our car. We spent about half an hour to do our biweekly shopping and when we approached the cashier we found that a very nasty young girl looks at us with frustration and talks about us to a male colleague. We calmly paid and exited the shop to our car and while we were loading our stuff the same male employee came to us and said politely this parking for employees which I completely understood and agreed with him and I explained to him that I was not sure what is it for as no any instructions were there at all and I did apologise. I recommended also that to put clear sign or instructions to precent confusion. I attempted to drive off, then I noticed that the same ugly girl came out to the shop exit with a very stocky guy and were both talking and looking at us with lots of frustration. I exited the parking to the front street and stopped around the corner and they still were talking and looking at us. I don't understand why these unprofessional employees are doing this and what kind of hate they have for us as customers. Did not they learn or heard about good customer service, I don't think so. We are the customers who pay their salaries and without the customers they will end jobless. This really reflects their bad attitude, narrow minds and stupid behaviour and I honestly say HATE. I am and my little son are completely disappointed and shocked of this unacceptable behaviour. I would never do shopping from there and would never do recommendation to anyone to do shopping from Rogers. This girl in particular needs to go in meticulous training on good customer service and tolerance to others and if she is not happy with the job she needs to go home and stay away from the public. She literally damages the reputation of any workplace due to such rubbish behaviour.

Me and my friend brought some protein shakes and when we tried them we was so shocked we was sold this . It was lumpy and changed colour was clearly not safe to drink . I do not drive so cannot go back and take the items back to exchange therefore I’ll leave a review instead to warn people not to buy unless you want a dodgy stomach and to experience the same issues . Contact me further to sort this issue out and to come to a conclusion as I do not drive .

Wouldn’t Recommend

Visited Rogers Wholesale and was really disappointed. The protein shakes I bought were completely undrinkable—lumpy, separated, and discolored. They were clearly unsafe to drink and should never have been sold. Honestly, the only place for them is the bin. Won’t be returning.

Aww wish there was still one near me... Absolutely cracking way to stock up the pantry...
I had the odd thing where the quality had deteriorated a bit but well worth taking a chance on it... Some of my bargains were CRAZY...
And lovely staff

I can't stay away from the place. I always spend far more than what I expected , for example yesterday's bill £60, when my intended purchase was only £5. And just about everything had several months before their BBD, absolute bargains in these hard times. I'll be back again soon.
