Excellent experience
Completely because of Mariana Kretzschmar who was incredibly helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I had gone to Harrods to look around (ie no intention of purchasing any items from Roche Boboise) but ended up purchasing dining chairs, bar stools, poofs and coffee table from her! Great knowledge and suggestions, conscientious and timely follow-ups, efficient and effective, extremely courteous and a joy to interact with.

His deep knowledge of the brand, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for design made the entire experience exceptional.
