Hired for piano removal. Didn’t turn up on first appointment then on second two guys who knew nothing and broke the leg off a grand piano. We sent them away and asked for our £100 deposit back. No emails answered. These are crooks AVOID.

Booked for our shed to be removed. Had 3 times on 2 days given to us to be cancelled each time. Eventually someone turned up (Dean Smith from DK property management) and took down half of our shed, left his bank card with us promising he'd return in the morning and has not returned since. Emma at RJ services said she'd follow up but I've heard nothing further.

Absolute Scam. Company took deposit of £100 then refused to provide any information at all. Misleading info on the website which does not fit in with what they say in emails. Dont seem to have any office or yard and everything I asked to reassure myself was not answered. Couldn't get through by phone or by What's App. Deposit was taken through Pixxel, to hide the company. Put up a review which was taken down within minutes. Do not use this company. Not possible to do any checking either on Companies House or any other way, complete black hole which sucks in cash. I suspect the reviews on their site are fake. Overall a bad experience.

Company followed up on the day the service was due with a text saying that the team had been delayed and could reschedule to following week, despite job having been cancelled. Just follows the pattern!

Very bad experience (long story) Ended up paying total £185 for a service quoted at £120, which the company seemed unable to provide. I was put in a very difficult position by them and possibly misled. All attempts to get return of deposit are greeted with promises to investigate, then ignored. No phone number on website and no customer service or complaints procedure. A poor review on their own website was quickly removed.

Horrible experience and much time wasted. I most certainly do not trust or recommend this company and shall avoid them like the plague.

Its a scam - don't bother. Same experience as all the other posters. Nobody is coming.

Please note they have changed their name to LRJServices. Ive been trying to chase them up for my deposit but they dont respond to any email. The company is a scam. Avoid at all costs

Truly awful service. I booked RJ Services to move an upright piano. They responded quickly and booked a date. The van didnt turn up. I eventually heard by email and told there were staffing issues. They rebooked for a few days later. Didnt turn up. I was emailed to say there had been a van break down. Reboojed a few days later. An email sent at midnight the night before to say 2 vans out of action but they could come on Saturday from 9am onwards..... I found a local firm who were brilliant. I asked for my deposit back and was told it would be 10 days. Theres no number to call. Everything is by email or whatsapp. I whatsapped but got short shrift. I asked for a call back and eventually got a call to say my case was a priority and if there was a problem I could call this number but when I did no one answered. Avoid this company at all costs. Its a scam . Ive wasted huge amounts if time, earnings and money

Terrible service - booked a dishwasher clean and waited in, only to be told 10 mins before arrival time that the cleaner was running late on another job and would need to reschedule. I didn’t cause a fuss and accepted this. Appointment rescheduled and all confirmed, Again, waited in on the day / time and then found out that they’d put the wrong date in their diary so he wouldn’t be coming then either! Gave them a THIRD chance and rescheduled. Got to 30 mins past agreed arrival time and I had to contact them, when I was told they made an error with the booking and it was booked in for the following week!!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Took my £50 deposit and now won’t refund me / contact me.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Awful company. I booked a domestic bathroom refit with a wait time and a deposit paid. They emailed me at 8.52pm the night before the job was due to say they’re weren’t coming, they were prioritising a commercial job. No apology. Steer clear if you don’t want to be messed around.
They have reviews on their website. I keep trying to post this review and they keep deleting it so overall review ratings on their website must be bogus. They are clearly used to just treating domestic customers badly and think there are no consequences.
