Hi Adam,
Thank you for your purchase with us. As my colleague informed you when you arrived at our roasting facility; our roastery is not open to the general public. This includes for the collection of online orders and retail coffee sales (we state this on our Google listing and on signs outside of the production facility). Nevertheless, my colleague kindly arranged for your order to be made up for you so that you could take it with you. We did explain that we do not offer wet sale coffee and tastings as we simply do not have the set up, or licensing, for this. We are a production facility and not a cafe.
Public openings are something we may explore in the future. For now we focus on roasting great coffee whilst having a positive impact.

Excellent all around great coffee.
This was processed quickly delivered in good time and the roast date was a day or two before ordering. Website is pretty simple and good to use. Most of all these guys produce excellent coffee at a decent price ; their taste notes are actually good as well. Haven’t had a bad coffee of them. Only minor change id like is resealable kilo bags but still overall 5 star all things considered.
