commande faite depuis plus de 1 semaine rien j ai laisse un message pas de reponse DES VOLEURS

L’assistenza sul sito inesistente ma su whatsapp abbastanza affidabile, pacco consegnato in 7 giorni senza problemi…
Sembra un sito truffa ma tutto è arrivato come da programmi e senza troppi problemi.

Avoid buying from this false company, i bought a rebuild kit for nearly a thousand pounds which was never sent to me, they said back order, months went by then they said they had posted it and they lied about that too, then they said they would refund me, they haven't so i am claiming through my credit card provider. Waste of space they are, do not buy from them as you will not get your goods.

Ordered on the 4th of August no delivery date no contact with the shop Finally responded on the 20th of August when I asked the expected delivery date, didn’t reply to that until the 12th of september and the only reason they replied is because i had disputed the payment with my bank. They said on the 12 of september that my item still had not been made, but had been delivered to them absolute scam website DO NO BUY OF THEM

ordered an exhaust and 15 days later can't get anyone to talk to me and no updates on the order status,they say its not in stock.

20 giorni e ancora nulla…. Su whatsapp non rispondono e sul loro sito nessun aggiornamento sull’ordine.
Aggiornamento: il venditore mi ha contattato e il pezzo non era disponibile. Eseguito rimborso

No possible way of contacting besides whatsapp number which is already red flag.

Ordinato kit manutenzione Transalp 600 (Boccole + paraoli), arrivati sbagliati causa loro, erano per un altra moto. Non ha voluto restituire i soldi e il proprietario Patrizio si comportato come un commerciante maleducato al punto di sentirmi che fosse un truffa.
Alla fine dopo 4 mesi sono riuscito a farmi restituire i soldi direttamente dal fabbricante senza l'aiuto di RimotoShop il quale ha tenuto i miei soldi.
Lo sconsiglio in assoluto.

Ho ordinato 2 articoli per una spesa di 500€ è non hanno nemmeno spedito dopo più di una settimana, in più ho mandato un messaggio via Watsapp in cui hanno risposto di voler sapere intestatario dell’ordine e poi non hanno più risposto

Tempi di consegna troppo lunghi, bisogna attendere un mese se non di più, prima di avere conferma dell’ordine. Primo ed ultimo acquisto

Come altri ho acquistato da loro i primi di ottobre e già all'atto dell'ordine non ho avuto conferma o altro salvo l'addebito con Paypal. Ho scritto più volte allegando l'unica cosa che avevo cioè il pagamento, ma senza esito. solo a dicembre ho fatto intervenire Paypal che mi ha immediatamente rimborsato e penso sia intervenuto presso di loro, i quali solo allora hanno provveduto a inviare il pezzo. Non ci sono giustificativi tipo spedizione gratuita, prezzo basso etc che loro millantano. Sono commercianti e queste valutazioni le fanno già al momento in cui inseriscono i dati online. NON COMPRATE NULLA DA QUESTI "SIGNORI". Invece Paypal è stato eccezionale e ho chiesto di restituire il rimborso in quanto alla fine ho ricevuto il pezzo acquistato.

Bought some engine parts from the site for about 500€ which I couldn't find from any other site, great communication and service. Everything came through.
