This is my first time leaving a negative review anywhere simply because I'm shockingly disappointed by the EXTREMELY APPALLING AND FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!! SELLER DOESN'T CARE AND KEPT LYING. Asked for return and refund after only half of the packages arrived, however, 15 DAYS after the promised delivery, no one tried to collect, and hence no refund. DEFINITELY AVOID DEALING WITH SUCH AN INCAPABLE TIME WASTER WITH BAD ATTITUDES. CASE ESCALATED TO EBAY AS SELLER DOESN'T CARE.

Will definitely use this company again! Great customer service, brilliant products at a fab price! Happy customer :)

Brilliant after care service. Part of the table accidentally got broken, and although it was over a year since purchasing it, they happily sent me new parts. Fantastic customer service, oh and by the way, the table is lush too!!

I'd never heard of this company before and the bed was £30 cheaper than anywhere else.
All sorts of alarm bells were going off in my head telling me not to get scammed.
Well, the bed arrived a couple of days after the due date but we're in the middle of a pandemic so it's to be expected, no parts missing and it looked exactly like the description.
Couldn't have asked for more and will be ordering from them again.

The bed was delivered on time. I did have a little problem with it but as soon as I contacted the supplier they resolved the problem very quickly. I cannot fault them or there customer service.. I would definitely use this company again

I ordered some garden furniture and after a delay in delivery, due to the product being damaged, I then unfortunately received the wrong colour. However, the communication received from Amber in response to my emailing about the issue was excellent. I was offered lots of options including full refund or replacement of the item, but in the end decided to keep the incorrect colour at a reduced price. Would have preferred the correct item in the first place, but can’t fault the after sales assistance I received.

I’m was very pleased with my purchase from this company. I had no major issues from purchasing to delivery. Delivery was on time and well packaged. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Very happy with this company, great deal , bought a fantastic wardrobe and matching drawers . Right deals were very helpful when a couple of parts had arrived damaged and replaced them straight away, no fuss. Great value and great items . Wry please and will use again in the future

Item didn’t arrive within timeframe specified at time of order. Called to chase for an update, and was told that only 1 of the 2 parcels had arrived at the distribution centre, and that they wouldn’t deliver until they’d received both.
I called and spoke with a lady and said I’d like a refund - she said one moment and then hung up on me. I called straight back three times and was hung up on each time without speaking to someone.
Worryingly - and probably a warning sight - I tried the number that the company request you use to resolve before opening a PayPal case - the number doesn’t exist. I have opened a PayPal case to get a refund, as they clearly aren’t going to refund me!
Save your time and money and use a reputable dealer elsewhere!! If you do use them make sure you use PayPal or a credit card to give you protection. I’m so glad I didn’t use my debit card as I’d worry I’d never see my money again!

got an email today saying Order was damaged in transit so offered a refund which would hit my bank in 2-5 days. checked my bank and refund was already in. Very fast refund and very good communication from seller

Ordered a TV unit last week said it would be delivered on 1/02/21. Item never arrived on expected delivery date. Rang the company they explained they would chase up courier to see why no tracking was in place and ring me to let me know the outcome. Rang today 02/02/21 asked to speak to someone about my order, I was told the item was lost in delivery then when I asked for a replacement to be sent via fast track delivery the woman on the phone says its currently not in stock and the item was damaged so when I questioned her as to wether it was lost or damaged she couldn't tell me which funnily enough. I told the company I wanted a replacement sorted soon but that wasn't as possible as they didn't know when the item was back in stock. Now I've came home from work tonight and happened to notice the product is displaying online as in stock and suitable for 48 hour delivery. I'm absolutely disgusted in this company they're an absolute joke and no communication whatsoever. Stay clear folks save yourself the hassle.
