Not good after sales service
Whilst the assistant was helpful and pleasant, the customer services leaves a lot to be desired. I spent just over £300 on 3 bras, whilst comfortable in the shop and standing up. On wearing and having sat down for a couple of hours they were no more comfortable than bras I pay £40. When I contacted the store (St John's Wood), I was told to purchase bra extenders! On contacting customer services they told me only the stores deal with complaints. I received a phone call from my the manageress who, quite frankly, needs lessons on politeness and empathy so much so, that I do not want to go back to the shop, as suggested, and try to get my problem resolved (no refunds, which is fair enough. No exchanges because I've worn them, so what's to sort)! I will never frequent Rigby and Peller again

While I am pleased to hear that you found our in-store assistant helpful and pleasant, I regret that you felt the overall service you received did not meet the standard we aim to provide. In particular, I am sorry to learn that the bras you purchased have not remained comfortable during wear, and that the guidance and support you received afterwards left you feeling dissatisfied.
We understand how important both comfort and confidence are when it comes to our products, and we would very much like the opportunity to review your situation more carefully. Although our policy on worn items can limit certain options, we are keen to explore a resolution that leaves you feeling valued and supported.
If you would be open to it, please return to the boutique, or if you prefer another in London where we will assist you an every way we can.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung.
Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass Ihre kranke Tochter das Paket selbst abholen musste – das ist natürlich alles andere als ideal.
Ich habe den Fall überprüft: Zum Zeitpunkt der Zustellung war leider niemand zu Hause, wodurch das Paket direkt in einen Abholpunkt gebracht wurde. In solchen Fällen erfolgt keine zweite Zustellversuch.
Allerdings hätte DHL Ihre Tochter darüber informieren müssen, entweder über eine Benachrichtigungskarte im Briefkasten oder per E-Mail. Dass dies offenbar nicht geschehen ist, tut uns sehr leid.
Wir werden diesen Vorfall auf jeden Fall bei DHL melden, da dies so nicht korrekt abgelaufen ist. Bitte entschuldigen Sie die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten!
