Ride On Timee Watches Limited Omdömen

I purchased a watch as a surprise for my husbands birthday. Jordan made the process so easy and straightforward. He has an excellent array of stock and I was spoilt for choice. The free next day delivery was also excellent. A truly professional company who keeps the customer at the heart of the sale. I will definitely return to purchase another in the future. Thank you Jordan!

I picked up two watches from Jordan and couldn’t be happier. Both were in awesome condition, and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

He got everything sorted smoothly and even moved his diary around to accommodate my collection, which I really appreciated. Friendly, helpful and easy to deal with from start to finish.

I’ll definitely be buying from him again. Highly recommended!

Jordan’s personal service is outstanding. My wife bought me a Rolex from him for my 40th and I reciprocated also from Jordan. Both were in immaculate condition for 40 year old watches. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for someone to source you a luxury watch. Thank you Jordan.

A great experience from start to finish. Jordan is a great guy, highly knowledgable his passion and enthusiasm is both impressive and highly infectious.

Having been looking to buy this Rolex for a while, I spotted the watch on the Ride on Time website. The pictures were excellent, high quality images showing all aspects of the watch, supported with details of the watch.

Since I had a watch to trade I was also speaking with other dealers however, following some back and forth over WhatsApp, I quickly agreed a deal with Jordan.

The fact that he was so responsive, polite in all correspondence and did not try to low-ball my trade-in (a pet hate I wish dealers would not do) meant it was easy to agree a fair deal for both sides.

We completed the deal in his office in Cardiff, a serviced office with a reception and parking. Although the current setup is professional, includes a Timegrapher and other equipment to allow proper inspection, the new expansion plans shortly to be underway will take the setup to the next level.

The sales completion was trouble free, the watch entirely as expected and the sale quickly completed. Jordan is very friendly, a watch and car lover, I ended up staying much longer than I expected just talking watches and cars !

Regularly buying watches from a variety of watch dealers, it is the little touches Jordan does that makes him stand out.

The watch register check was done on the day of the sale and he offered to take the watch back off so I could inspect the movement to be sure it was a real timepiece.

It is these details that means I would recommend Jordan without any hesitation to anyone who wants to buy a watch.

Excellent service, the watch exactly as described, a fuss free professional sales process coupled with Jordan being so friendly and passionate means for sure I will be coming back to buy more watches !

Top bloke Jordon , 100% to his word. A professional company he owns , I would always deal with him before any other watch company. It’s peace of mind he does what he says straight away and pays out if you sell to him BANG on time .

Ordered a watch from jordan for delivery, he then seen the postal address and invited me in to his office to collect in person if i wanted to. I had a car space waiting for me on collection and he greeted me at the lift which i thought was very professional, his knowlage of watches was outstanding and was a pleasent conversation. He presented me with my watch that i absolutely love resized it for me so it fit perfectly, we then walked back down and i left. Would highly recommend to people and i will be back in the future!!

Super easy to deal with.
True gentleman, 2nd time dealing with Jordan and far from the last!

Exceptional service as always—highly recommended!
I’ve bought and sold through Jordan at Rideontime multiple times now, and the experience on both sides has been flawless. The communication is superb and highly efficient; I was kept completely in the loop at every stage. Shipping is incredibly fast, and their pricing—whether you are buying or selling—is arguably the best in the business, which is a rare find. Jordan and ROT are officially my go-to, and I’ll definitely continue doing business with them.

Second time dealing with Jordan at ride on time what can I say a very trustworthy man always honest and has a very fast turnaround time and always keeps you updated I had a Rolex datejust 16233 but never fell in love with the dial Jordan happily received my watch and had the dial changed for me for something more modern and also had my clasp re polished very kwik and timely highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or have a dial change on your older Rolex datejust once again thankyou ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service
