I rang and asked for a price match, prior to purchase. This was granted and exceeded. I also had a customer service voucher to redeem.

The only negative was that trying to do this online was thwarted by the webpage demanding which branch I had already bought the product from.

The helpful guy I spoke to said the item was in stock and could be delivered next day which it was and within the couriers time slot.
So I am really pleased with the service I received and the price.

I ordered my LG TV LG43QNED71B6B from Richer Sounds using their telephone order line due to having a voucher to use. The sales person was very helpful and made the ordering process seamless.
The TV is very good with a good viewing angle and good sound considering we are not using a soundbar. It also comes with a 6 year guarantee.
In my opinion Richer Sounds are the only company to purchase a TV from.
