Great named day delivery service.
Had difficulty paying because your system was down but was able to pay by debit card so placed my order ok and got excellent delivery service the next day. Having the named day service is very useful, I think you should advertise this more because it makes a big difference. Anyway, thanks Richer Sounds, I must be one of your oldest customers, I used to visit your original London Bridge Walk store in the early 80's and remember being served by Julian Richer so I've bought many things from you over the years. By the way, I'm very pleased with the PM6007 - fabulous amp.

I was genuinely sorry to learn that you had experienced problems following making a purchase from us.
Having reviewed the matter in detail, and spoken with you directly, I know that there have been challenges in finding a solution that works for everyone initially, despite our efforts to resolve the issues you raised with the installation of the product via our contractor. Whilst in fairness we have offered either rectify these concerns or collect the television for a refund or exchange, I appreciate that there were some practical difficulties with the branch in arranging the next steps, for which I apologise of course.
I've since tried to contact you on a couple of occasions to discuss how you would like to proceed, but haven't managed to reach you. If you would still like to talk things through, please feel free to get in touch using the address below and I'll be happy to assist personally.

Purchased a Samsung S99H 65inch, Dave was very friendly and helpful. Organised next day delivery, excellent communication throughout, delivery was very good also. Very impressed with this new TV it is absolutely stunning.
