Richer Sounds - Newcastle Omdömen 

Have used the branch in Newcastle a few times now since moving from London. Staff have been helpful as well as knowledgeable. Most recent visit the salesman Colin knew exactly what I needed, made me feel at ease and was highly professional.

I felt that the assistant, Harry, really took time to find out what I needed and what I didn’t need and didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive item.

All staff are very knowledgeable on all products and can give instant advice when asked. I like the fact that everyone is very willing to give help and advice. Staff are very friendly .

We had a short list of TV’s before going to Newcastle’s Richer Sounds. Dealt with Euan the assistant manager who was very knowledgeable and helpful. My Blue Light Card was beneficial and Euan offered us a very good deal on our Tv, Sound Bar and wall bracket which we took. Took delivery very quickly and the TV is excellent.

I purchased an OLED LG TV from Richer sounds, the deal was best I could find and I went in store (Newcastle) to collect, I found the staff very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again.

I always look at a variety of website based reviews to decide what I require when looking for a new TV. This gives me a greater choice of supplier that can meet my requirements. Of course price, reputation and locality is important to me, so I rang Richer Sounds as they had the model I wanted and a no quibble price match meant they got my business. The store manager (Dale) kept the TV for me until I could pick it up, free delivery was available. Great customer service. My go to place now for any audio or TV equipment.

Spoke to a member of staff at the local store after browsing some products on line. Received some great advice & ordered direct with the store, delivered 2 days later.

Great advice and customer service. Bought a Naim Muso Gen 2 from Newcastle - staff knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to set some different options up so I could hear them. Product quickley delivered but developed a fault, Richer Sounds sorted out a replacement quickley.

Very helpful over several days working out what the problem was with my Technics audio system. Also good advice which amp to buy. No hard sell techniques. Happy to answer various questions relating to equipment I already had. I was able to have a new amplifier purchased and integrated into my system over a 3 or 4 days having discussed and tested and diagnosed the problem.

Great service from these guys, super friendly and knowledgeable. Always eager to help.

Bought a freesat recorder from Richer Sounds Newcastle
They were friendly and helpful as on all previous visits. I was served by Colin who was excellent.

I knew what I wanted so it was quick and easy and the sales guy 'Harry ' was very helpful

Firstly,
I got confused about an item I purchased. I sent an email to Richer Sounds and I got a great response. I thought my item had been delivered to the wrong person but it turned out I had made a click and collect choice without realising. So, I went to Newcastle on the bus and all of the staff including what seamed like an area manger were so chatty and encouraging.
