I've bought my last 3 TV's from Richer Sounds and found them to very helpful and professional every time. On this occasion I was looking online for a price match...it was a Sunday morning but I got a quick response and they agreed to better the price I'd seen elsewhere. They arranged for free delivery and the whole process was very quick. The TV arrived 3 days later with the delivery team also very professional and arriving at the time promised. All in all, another excellent experience dealing with this company. Many thanks.

We went to the shop in Newcastle upon Tyne and spoke to Colin. We needed a new amplifier for our HiFi. Colin was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. Had full confidence in him helping us choose. Delivery is free and said it would take a few days but it actually came the next day just over 24 hours after we ordered. We have used these in the past many many years ago, so hence why we went there. Cannot recommend enough, excellent service and staff. Thank you

For most of my life I've used a well know chain for HiFi/TV/ and other items. Having moved to Newcastle what a difference I've noticed when using Richer sounds. The telephone lines are answered by native English speakers, in store the staff are VERY knowledgeable and the pricing is very competitive. Ethan could not have been more helpful. Delivery was as promised.

The 'we are are rewind' unit seems ok, bluetooth a bit fiddly to set up but getting there!

I was looking to upgrade my old 90's purchased HiFi to a wireless BT setup due to my audio room refurbishment. I first visited the Newcastle store back in May to explore options for a new record deck and desk speakers. Although I had some ideas of my own from research I was open to suggestions. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Listening to my requirements and offering suggestions. My Sales Adviser Ethan advised me on several record decks and offered the use of the demonstration room to test out a pair of Ruark MR1 mk3 speakers, He explored my particular tastes and gave me a variety of artists to listen to. All in a very relaxed unhurried atmosphere. atmosphere. I explained I was unable to purchase until room refurbishment was completed, but he wrote the spec details down for me and told me to periodically check with the store for stock availability. I duly purchased the items a couple of weeks back, Ethan even helped carry the goods to the car. Excellent customer service all round from Newcastle store. Recommended!
