Richer Sounds - Leeds Omdömen 

Managed to reserve a much wanted Hisense model - Richer Sounds in store team were excellent.

These guys are absolute perfection. I bought a few things three years ago from Richer Sounds in Leeds and called with a few questions about re-installing in my new home. Amazing and personal customer service, friendly and no expectations or pressure selling for new stuff. This is what shopping should be like, not that shop with the spicy food name. Thank you Richer Sounds!

I went to Richer Sounds because of previous purchases and because of the company set up. I wanted to replace a faulty amplifier but little knowledge of what would be suitable. Derek was very helpful to get us to a decision. There was no pressure to buy. I was emailed a quote and made a decision a few days later to order by phone.
The delivery was fairly quick and the amp/tuner is installed. still sorting out all the functions

Bought the Fosi X5 phono preamp from the Leeds branch. The staff are great, friendly and helpful and I am very pleased with my purchase which was cheaper than Amazon. The Fosi X5 preamp is very well made and has enhanced the quality of my vinyl collection compared to the built in preamp of my turntable. Would certainly recommend Richer Sounds and Fosi Audio.

Spoke to Harry at the Leeds store on Friday. Very friendly and helpful. I was ordering a new Sony TV for a friend. The process was quick and easy and delivery was arranged for the beginning of the week. I received an email confirmation of the order once the process was complete. TV was delivered on Monday and communication up to the point of delivery was excellent. I've been using Richer Sounds for many years and I have always recommended them to others. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the service is first class. The prices are always good and invariably the products come with a 6 year guarantee.
