Great discovery.
Helpful knowledgeable staff. Good honest information without any pressure to buy. Competitive prices with great after sales service. First time we had shopped there but had heard glowing reports. Definitely our first stop in future.

Next level service.
In a space where actual real customer service is rare and has been replaced with endless emails and automated phone lines, to come across a company that actually deliver on what they state their values and promises to be is unheard of. The customer service at Richer Sounds Hanley was and continues to be exceptional. I had a technical issue with a product I purchased ( at no fault of Richer Sounds). This ended with me loosing some confidence in said brand. I decided I wanted to change my amp for a different manufacturer and the whole thing was dealt with in a way I cannot fault. Truly excellent service.

Excellent knowledge when buying our new 65" tv.. looks amazing. Had to wait a few days as our local one didn't have it in stock. But once it arrived we collected it the same day. Very helpful and loaded my car .

Friendly and helpful staff, an error was made withy order which they were happy to admit error on their behalf and then discounted me as a result! My order also arrived quickly. I'm always very happy with the service when I have bought from Richer Sounds.

Great service from the Stoke depot
Great service from the Stoke depot. Really easy to place an order. The only bump was that the TV price went down after I ordered it and before it was delivered and the refund was much more work to get back than it should have been.

Thanks for your comments, it's disappointing that after a such a positive experience and ease in placing the order, things went wrong with the after sales. We always offer to refund our own price drops up to 14 days after purchase, it should be a simple process via the store or department of purchase. I will of course review the matter with the branch, to find out why things went wrong, and make sure lessons are learnt for the future.

He even set up the link for ordering, paying for and delivery.
Very smooth and easy way of ordering and paying. I would highly recommend Richer Sounds in Hanley.
