Richer Sounds - Croydon Omdömen

Got some helpful advice, had an interesting chat, and ordered the good quality cable that I wanted, at a decent price and delivered on schedule the next day. Thanks.

Martin made me feel very special and enjoyed the listening experience with different amplifiers, and speakers to get the sound i wanted

I recently picked up the Audio-Technica LP70XBT from Richer Sounds in South Croydon, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the experience.

I’ve been coming to this store since I was a teenager, and it’s honestly reassuring that the level of service hasn’t dropped one bit over the years. The team are consistently knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do — it never feels like a hard sell, just people who actually care about helping you find the right setup.

As for the LP70XBT itself, it’s fantastic. Super easy to set up, beautifully designed, and the Bluetooth functionality makes it incredibly convenient without compromising sound quality. It’s the perfect blend of modern features and that classic vinyl experience.

Richer Sounds South Croydon continues to be my go-to for audio gear, and this latest purchase just reinforces why. Highly recommended both the turntable and the store.

Top quality product, Marantz amp and Dali speakers. Incredible sound for the price, couldn't recommend highly enough. Top service which is what I have come to expect from Richer Sounds.

This is an excellent company to deal with. Very good service, good prices, good warranties and will price match if you find your item cheaper on another website.

Had a wonderful experience with Ri her Sounds - Croydon, I was able to test the sound of the speakers and even compare them. Martin was very patient and informative and now I have a sound system I am happy with.

I’ve shopped here for years now and have always been welcomed and looked after. Dominic Was very helpful and sorted out everything I wanted I would highly recommend this company.
Thanks again

I bought a TV which developed a fault, so it was returned to Croydon branch for testing. It was returned to manufacturer and I received replacement within 24hrs. Sadly this too had the same problem and constantly needed digital channels re tuning, so was returned for a full refund. Richer Sounds team could not have been more helpful and supportive. Thank you.

Kieran was knowledgeable about the product and we discussed the various options. After purchase there was an issue with the delivery date and Kieran arranged for the delivery to be made to the store. He then hand delivered to my address at a pre arranged time.
Very happy with the service and special thanks to Kieran.

Quick efficient service polite & helpful
Fast secure delivery to the shop quick n easy to collect

I was lucky enough to be able to pre order a Manhattan Aero box to use with my TV without an aerial connection. The box was delivered by DPD sooner than I expected and was given advance notice of my 1Hr slot.
Setting up the device was straightforward and relatively simple, the only additional setup required was registration with various apps before I could use them.
The device performed well and I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Richer Sounds service.

Having decided on a new television that was due in store in a matter of days, I placed an advanced order courtesy of the sales team. Telephone was answered swiftly, all details recorded and within 2 minutes, my order was complete. Soon after, I received confirmation from the delivery team my order had been received. My television arrived yesterday, driver Flynn was very polite and helpful. The process from start to finish has been smooth and seamless. I've been a Richer Sounds customer in excess of 25 years. Not one problem, ever, you guys get it right every time. An astonishing business employing very knowledegable staff.

For me it’s important to shop locally as Richer sounds employs local people and it drives our economy
