Lee G in sales has been super helpful and overall experience with Richard Sanders in Kettering has been great. The whole team, from receptionists through to sales have been helpful and really pleasant. Would happily buy from this dealership again.
Workshop scratched my car
I took my car in for a service. When I collected there was a 4 “ scratch on the o/s/f door. No one told me about this and the car had been parked so that the o/s could not be seen against a line of parked cars.
Once home and I saw the damage, I called them. I eventually got an apology from the service desk and they agreed to put it right. But no one admitted the error at the time - Which would have been better—- and the service desk seemed disinterested and keen to suggest it was done by another customer rather than the workshop or valeting team.
Brand New Renault 5!
Purchase New R5 last Saturday. Ben the saleman was 1st class! Highly recommended.

If I was to summaries my experience with Richard Sanders i would say. They treat use the customer like car dealers used too, they where so helpful with my Renault Zoe. They could not have done more to help. Staff where so friendly. As they say on ebay 5 stars recommended
Poor Booking System/ Service
Poor system for booking an MOT or service. You need to create a live system that shows actual available appointments. MOT booked online on the 12th Oct for the 15th... call advising time not available. As we were away, we tried booking another date the following day for the 22nd. Assuming this was ok as no emailing advising it wasn't or call. 21st reached out when we returned, admittedly it was closed and the online bot just sends a message I guess! Email this morning advising it was booked for 28th???? Knowing I'd booked it between now being back working, wasn't ideal. Why have a system that you can't book accurate MOT or Services through! I've never experienced anything like it! Luckily Bristol Street aka Vertu in Northampton hasn't let us down, just a little further to travel!
The guys at Richard Sanders have always been great to deal with. Maybe it's been taken over in the last 4yrs and just seems to have got worse... even tried rearranging for Friday but just isn't convenient... in frustration I did thank for the call and hang up... if it suits them it should suit you... not we have to book things around our working/ family life in advance!!! Frustrating to have been a customer for 7yrs and now in the last 9 months from trying to continue being a customer... things have just been pretty poor through the whole establishment!
I don't require a response regarding this experience... its my factual review of the experience.

Best car dealership experience
Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff and sales .Our dealings were with Nick Bushell.
From start of search and to final pick up ,Nick was ever helpful ,courteous and always have great advice .
It was a hard task we gave him for searching for a particular car in the Renault range .
He managed to secure one for us and I'm a very happy owner of my new motor.
Can not sing the praises enough of this dealership ...a constant help, professionalism and nothing ever to much trouble .
Would highly recommend this branch and Nick .

Fantastic service from Aaron R at the Renault garage in Kettering.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Very relaxed approach pre-sale. I really appreciated not feeling rushed into making a decision. Once I had decided to purchase the vehicle, Aaron was fantastic in making all of the arrangements, promptly and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend!

12 month service
Didn’t have a 100% good experience when purchasing a new Renault from Richard Sanders Northampton . I am going to be generous and apportion blame for that 50/50 and lesson learned to read order paperwork properly. However 12 months on booked in for first service - no complaints.
Service customer services A1. Car returned looking as new. Thank you whoever spent the time cleaning it.

Diabolical company,+service
Absolutely diabolical company and service. Don't buy from them or use there service department. Booked a car in for service and mot. They didn't fix the known fault it went in with, and passed an mot with said fault which is an mot failure. Apparently it was working at time of mot. Baring in mind they had the car for 4days! Funny how it wasn't working before or after. Staff couldn't care less ,said would contact to arrange booking in to fix. Over a week later I had to contact them. Absolute joke please buy your cars and have them serviced elsewhere. I fully suspect they knew the car had this fault when they sold it,hence why they also passed it with this fault.

A salesman that goes all out - Steve Kettering
If you need a new motor Steve in the Kettering branch is the man to see! I have dealt with Steve for a few years now and honestly he just knows his stuff! He always knows the type of car that will suit me and my needs, very professional and always kind and always a friendly face to visit and chat to. It doesn’t stop at the sales, his aftercare is second to none, always just at the other end of the line to talk to about any concerns or advice, you are not just another customer to Steve you are a valued customer and friend for life.

Was sold a Ford eco sport by them
Was sold a Ford eco sport by them. Nothing but issues with it cost me 1000s to repair. Went to exchange it with them and don’t want it back said them cars are horrible bad comes with so many issues. Oftered me 1500 for it. Manager didn’t even contact me when I asked to speak to a manager as they sold me this car 2 years ago!! Used these for years as of my mum and other family but none of us will use again. Been 3 weeks now no manager as contacted me. Im going to take this further

Excellent service from this company, both pre-sales, sales process and after care. I bought an Aygo for my son and they were helpful every step of the way and solved a problem with the clutch for me, with no stress or hassle.
I have bought cars for many years and not all are great to deal with. I would highly recommend this firm.
5 Stars - Outstanding Service!
I’m extremely happy with the service at Richard Sanders Renault Kettering. I brought in my Renault Zoe for some warranty work and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Unlike other Renault dealers, they were able to offer me an early appointment, which made me happily drive an hour to them rather than going to my local dealer.
On my first visit, they provided me with a courtesy car for a few days while the work was being done. On the second visit, they carried out the work while I waited and even gave my car a wash and hoover before handing it back. The level of care and professionalism really stood out.
A huge thank you to Steve, the service manager, and Nick, the technician. Both went above and beyond — Nick clearly knows his stuff and was happy to explain things thoroughly. I genuinely wish them both all the best for the future. Highly recommended!
