Ribbonmoon Omdömen 

Sent me the wrong items (I ordered trim and thread but received a zip and buttons). Contacted them via email and they responded the same day and said they would send the correct items out the next day, along with an envelope to return the items they had sent in error. I have sent 4 emails over the month since then and received no response, nor have I received my items. This is really disappointing at the items are quite niche. Don't waste your money.

Ordered buttons 19mm, two different patterns. Arrived and one set 18mm and the other less around 17mm. Contacted seller and they replied and stated the packet says 19mm so that is that. Emailed again asking for a refund and return of product and sent photos with exact measurements but absolutely no reply whatsoever with chasing. It is not much money but the principle as you have to have a minimum order so I ordered extra which I didn't need and then you get a product you didn't order. Beware!

I've emailed them twice now with a couple of questions and saying that I need to put in a order asap (my first order) and I've had no reply. This is not a good sign and I won't be putting in any orders with them. When I see their rating and reviews here I can understand why.

I ordered Poppy / Daisy Flower Design Shank Button from Ribbonmoon April 16th. My money has been taken but l have not received my goods. I have over 100 emails to Ribbonmoon and have not received a reply. I am disgusted with this company. I should have followed my partners advice and check reviews. I would prefer to give a no star rating

Good luck getting any customer service if anything goes wrong! I had a faulty item in my last order and have emailed repeatedly over 2 weeks, to no avail. They simply don't respond to emails and I don't know how else to contact them! The item I received is in no way fit to purpose, but I guess I'm out the money I spent on it. What a disappointing waste.

I didnt receive the goods that I had paid for. No reply to numerous emails that I sent. I have opened a dispute through my bank to try and get my money back. I would NOT recommend this company.

Order never arrived. No response to email. Will not be using again.

Great selection of products and I found just the right zips that I wanted for a couple of projects. Prices were really competitive compared to other sites I've used in the past, and postage rates excellent. Good communication and products arrived within 4 days. Would not hesitate to use Ribbonmoon again.

After sending numerous emails requesting for orde4 to be resent no response and still no order . Ordered since 9th January .
All has been resolved . I have now received my order

Much like Anita in the other review I think I’ve been scammed. Ordered in December, order never arrived. Response to first email saying sometimes things go missing and get back in touch if it doesn’t arrive. Have emailed twice since and no reply. Do not use this company.

Ordered an item early December with a delivery of between 1 - 4 days. It’s been 10 days. Have emailed them twice with no response. I would suggest they are avoided as it seems they are a scam.

Looking for a particular shade of Coats Moon Thread Spools & as well as finding the colour I needed, I found a cornucopia of colours. I have just got into Free Motion Machine Embroidery (wish they would find a shorter name for it), and also bought a selection of the most beautiful colour threads. They delivered as promised and they were packed well. Would use again

Amazing! order arrives amazingly fast. Found exactly the type of buttons I needed, along with the exact zip I was after. I've previously ordered ribbon for the Christmas tree years ago and it's still looking great.

I don't often need haberdashery good but when I do, it's straight to ribbonmoon.
