Hi Justin,

Thank you for contacting me, however I don't understand what you mean by "It's down to a miscalculation by our inventory system at the second your order was placed." It doesn't make any sense to me how an item can be ordered, paid and then confirmed but then later just disappear without reason.

I would have expected someone to pick up the telephone to explain what had gone wrong. Mistakes do happen, but how this issue was handled is even worse than the mistake itself. I would have preferred some honesty and transparency rather than blaming the computer system.

As the CEO and director of the company, I would have thought that you want to engage with your customers by providing a contact telephone number. I could not find one on your website so it might be of use to someone else trying to contact your organisation. If you have an alternate number for this business I'd be happy to update the information online.

I made an order for £144 which was subsequently withdrawn from my bank account. The order was confirmed by Reyooz and a delivery slot committed too. On the day of delivery I was sent an email to say they made an error without further explanation.

The website does not have any telephone contact numbers and they do not want to engage by telephone either. I tried to contact the owner/director Justin Robinson however he did not answer after many failed attempts.

Seriously poor customer service on a number of fronts. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this company. I hope that someone finds this honest and fair review useful.

Amazing website, real bargains and quick delivery at the moment of the review. I ordered 2 chairs and 2 desks for next to nothing with free delivery. The only downside is that the good stuff flies and stock is sometimes short, but what else can you expect for those prices.

To the guy who complained about the website on maintenance don't be a Karen. They upgraded the whole website it used to be completely different design, you were just unlucky to buy during the migration period. Working myself on IT I feel the pain, keep up the work!

I found this company advertised heavily via social media, usually I would not think much of that type of advertising, but I checked out trustpilot as i'm in the market for a couple of desks, It seemed rather positive so i decided to proceed.

On the 29th I was greeted with an error message:

THIS IS A TESTING WEBSITE Please do not place orders here, this is a testing website and not the real thing. To buy these products go to [[ URL REDACTED ]]

- I emailed the company to advise them this was happening.

On the 30th I decided to look again to see if the error was rectified, I work in tech and understand the "joys" of these gremlins sometimes! Thankfully it was resolved, 'Great' I thought, Let me get the desks ordered.....

As it asked for my payment details I entered and i was greeted by an authorisation message via my bank, I checked the details and the company was trying to charge me double the value advertised on the site! I looked at doing this via paypal, but paypal gave no indication of the total cost at all.

This really doesn't bode well so I've decided this company will no longer get my custom.

I thought people may want to see the passive aggressive email sent from this company in response to my original email query.

Yes we're having some problems migrating to a new stack. We're sacrificing a weekend when things are quieter so fewer people might be affected by the bugs.

If you talk to us we are decent human beings who are working tirelessly to make something better and here to make sure any issues are resolved without any fuss.

I bought a Yo-yo desk riser and the photos were misleading (one photo). It was until a month later due to moving that my boyfriend pointed out it is missing the keyboard part entirely, just a hole 🕳️ where the screw would go for this section.

When I asked for a refund for their misleading sale I was told no it's too late and they only have a 14 day refund policy.

This is awful now I'm stuck with a heavy useless broken thing.

Please escalate and think about how you sell items?!

Bought a Steelcase Leap chair after 3 years of sitting on a crappy chair from the office - it was an absolute bargain! £64 for what is essentially a £1000+ chair! ...and in better condition than the photos showed. Works perfectly. Reyooz very responsive and helpful via email and even added the 20% off introductory discount when I asked as I had forgotten to do this. I also needed to change the delivery address which Reyooz promptly did with no problems. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a new desk and found one I liked on the Reyooz website. Initially I was very skeptical but took a leap of faith and placed my order. I received order confirmation and then didn't hear anything for a few days. I then received a text providing delivery date. I wanted to get an approximate timing for delivery so used the live chat function and got a response within minutes. Very friendly delivery drivers too!

I came across them by accident as I needed a new desk chair for home. Theirs was the cheapest I could find from a cursory search and the chair has arrived today and it is perfect! So comfortable, really decent price and the delivery guy was extremely helpful and friendly which makes a change this day and age lol. Highly recommend this company.

The delivery guys were amazing - the first pedestal that was delivered, turned out to be faulty. The delivery guys went above and beyond to find me a replacement at the warehouse and then brought to site the following day as i was close to another delivery they had on board. Fabulous service, fantastic value for money, and freeking amazing for the climate as reyoozing equipment instead of buying new. Highly recommend!!

Reyooz is a brilliant idea. Offices that want to clear their furniture avoid sending it to landfill. We get very good quality furniture for very little money. I received my red office chair delivered as arranged and we are very happy with it

Bought an absolutely fantastic HM Aeron Chair on a bargain. The chair, with full features, was maintained to a very high standard. I had to travel a very long distance to collect it, but it was worth it.

Never knew about this place until this place was referred to in another online bargain site. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. They responded to my email queries very promptly. It is an absolutely brilliant place to buy office furnitures maintained at very high standards on a bargain.
