5 Stars for Melvin
I am a former customer that stopped using this company after they ended support to our till software integration. Today I had to get back in touch as my account hadn't been closed properly, these things would usually warrant a bad review however Melvin provided me with such good customer service and went out of his way to resolve my issue that he has saved the company's reputation in my eyes.

After being on the chat for a while and not getting anywhere no fault of RMS, may be ME being older lol This fantastic gentleman Spencer Greenlee was on the phone helping me out. he was so patient and talked me through every step of the way to change my internet over. I could not have done this with out his help. he went above and beyond to help me and
