Do not order a device it's a scam
I ordered the device in January with high hopes as was suffering severe back pain it has still not arrived and we are in April very poor

Stay away from this company.…
Over a month since I paid and I've still not received my item. If there was an option to give no stars at all that's what I would have done. Email saying item will arrive 'today or tomorrow ' and nothing, then email saying 'tomorrow' that was 3 days ago and still nothing. Is this company just a scam, taking people's money and not sending anything. Absolutely disgusted.

Stay away from this company
Do not buy from this company. Item did not work as it should and no matter how often you email them, delivery fails. You are better off looking elsewhere. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Useless product
Useless product. Cheap and nasty from China.
The operation had no relation to the actual buttons. When it arrived from China after waiting 3 weeks it came wrapped in a bubble wrap sheet.
DO NOT BUY. This is a con.

Thieves!!!
I wasn’t satisfied so they told me first to look at a video to make sure I am doing the good things.
But Even if I am not satisfied after this, they never answer the next 3 emails that I asked a refund!!
So here’s my message to them:
You guys never get back to me for the refund!!
Wow what a beautiful bunch of thieves!!!

Dodgy or incompetent. Avoid!
Nearly four weeks, and no product. Their customer service email responds with platitudes and doesn’t address actual queries. The shipping number suggests my package has been pinging around the same zip code in NJ for 6 days and all they can tell me when I send proof to them is they’ve been overwhelmed with orders, have just replenished their stock and my order will be on its way soon. Oh, and I paid for express shipping. What a joke. Avoid.

30 days in and only shipping label created
Order placed for a pillow and they charged 10 shipping fee for priority and say it’s 2 to 5 business days. They created a shipping label the next day. It’s been a month and contacted company and they are not reponding and tracking hasn’t changed from label created. Disputing with credit card company. Fell for a Facebook ad.
