Its a lot of work to see if resstaurants are in the program... would be great if you had updates on each restaurants first before we print the coupon order get all the way there and they dont take it.

Lots of these restaurant on this site dont partake and you have to call to see if they will take the coupon by they a 1 or more went by. Some say you can only use coupon 1 time a month.

I have used Restaurant.com certificates for over twenty years with no problems. I do find that we do not have many restaurants in my area anymore. Certificates are easy to use. Please continue our good service and sign up more restaurants in my 02790 area.

While the selection of restaurants is a bit limited, the deals on the restaurants that are listed are great! There are several restaurants we go to that list with Restaurants.com & we save near half on our dinner bill every time we go!

I have been using Restaurant.com for several years and each experience is easy and enjoyable! Great discounts and wide variety of Restaurants to choose from right in my Town. The app is very easy to navigate and is seamless to use at checkout. I highly recommend this service

Restaurant.com has no one to vet and authenticate whether or not the restaurants they list are still honoring their promotions. For example, in 29 Palms, California, Alamilla's Taco Shop #1 has been out of business for over two years. In Palm Springs, California, El Jr. Tacos refuses to honor. What is wrong with this company? They have no accountability, even after I personally have written no less than 20 times to remove restaurants that are either out of business or refuse to honor their contracts. That is why I use Hilton Honors Dining as my first choice for reward points

i like thai food. but what we had at thai squere just beside Sonetset house was asful

duck was not cooked fresh. came in a greasy sauce when i had asked for stirfried. partners duck felt reheated. flabby skin. like . the one i had. i had asked for less spicy. it was really hot rxtra for rice. small portion of rice. jasmine tea arrived in a glass with teabag hanging.
wasted 76 pounds. no eonder they were empty

Tried to use the Phoenxville Cafe certificate today. I purchased in September 2025. They said they dropped out of program 6 months ago. They are still listed.

Restaurant that said they called the number on the certificate but no one answered so they could not honor it.

9/30/25 More details: I provided the certificate to my server before ordering. She said she would call the number but had issues before. She went out back and returned and said she could not get through to the number on the certificate so she could not honor it. I still dined at the restaurant because it was only $10 off so no big deal.

I bought a restaurant.com certificate for a particular restaurant and they said they wouldn’t take it. They wanted me to change to a different restaurant they offer. How do I know if that would work. They won’t give me a credit on my charge card either.

I purchased a certificate and tried to use it at the specified restaurant this morning. When I attempted to present the certificate, the cashier said they could not honor the certificate and they were no longer participating with Restaurant.com. Later I tried to address this on restaurant.com. I wanted a refund. Unfortunately, there is no link to any sort of customer support on the restaurant.com website to address the issue. Best I could do is exchange my certificate for Points that I can try to use somewhere else. IMO, Restaurants.com is not worth the trouble.

This is a scam company THEY ARE DISHONEST AND LIARS AND NONE OF THEIR CERTIFICATES WORK they work with bogus time share presentations to try to get you to spend more money.

The site shows hundreds of restaurants, leading you to believe that if you buy a gift card for them you can actually use the gift card for those restaurants. Sadly, once you've purchased the gift card you realize that it can only be used with about 10% of the restaurants listed, and they're all low end, by the way.

The only way we can afford to go out to eat anymore is with deals like Restaurant. com offers, especially if we purchase certificates during a sale. The best part is the certificates never expire, and if a restaurant goes out of business (or even if they don't), you can easily exchange the certificates for another restaurant. When traveling you can search participating restaurants in the local area. Just be sure to tell your server you have a certificate before ordering, because sometimes you can't combine it with other specials/deals. And always remember to tip on the total before the certificate is deducted. My only real complaint would be that I wish there were more participating restaurants in my area that I'm interested in.

Everything is great with this site. Easy to order, easy to redeem and they don't expire, which for forgettful me is a huge help. A+ for saving money, being convienent.

Love using restaurant.com mainly when I get it free from T mobile! I just wish there were more places closer to my side of town!!! Not bad deals but I use the buy one get 10 off deals!!

Everything was easy Pease from purchasing the certificate to redemption. I totally recommend this product.

When it works, it's wonderful. However, I would venture to say that most (over 75%) of the restaurants listed that have deals will not accept the certificate. They either know nothing about it or tried to get Restaurant.com to remove it with no luck. I myself have emailed them to tell them certain restaurant aren't accepting the certificate; yet, the certificates still remain on the website. So proceed with caution. Make sure you call the restaurant first to see if they are accepting it. You can tell the restaurants that don't accept it as those are the ones with either no reviews at all or no reviews in years.
