Ordered several times from them. The items were ok-ish but they took a very long time to arrive. There is communication, not tracking numbers. Last order went really bad: one item not available (after ordering), replacement was supposed to be sent. Delivery didn't arrive. They would sent it again, I was informed. I git refunded for one item, one did arrive and one is lost. And no answers to email enquiries. This is the last time I ordered from them.

Terrible. Shirts came wrong color, email 4 times unanswered, finally their response was to mail it back to them from Texas to London which costs more than the shirts cost. I emailed them back twice, this isn’t my fault, I got the wrong color, looks nothing like the movie, I shouldn’t have to pay, got no response. All they do is contract the order bc it came to me from Oregon print. The order slip from this company to Oregon Print had the wrong color.

I bought a poster this week and it arrived in 2 days, I'm based in the UK. Thought I'd review after seeing some negatives.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Got a notebook "replica" of a book cover and the print was fuzzy, there was a typo, and the entire image was skewed to the left, as in not centered. there's even a crooked white line on the left of the cover because of how they printed it crooked. I have been e-mailing them for days but no response. For how expensive it was + shipping i was expecting something better.

I ordered an F14 key chains. It was of really poor quality when it arrived. The engraving on the top which defines it as an F14 was barely visible & the underneath where the F14 is labeled was also or poor quality & not really visible.

It was meant to be a present, I emailed the store directly, but had no reply. I sent a follow up email & still received no reply.

The item cost £20 & then a further £10 in delivery. I’ve been very disappointed in the product received & the customer service. I would advise to avoid this company as the product is of very low standard.

Great products and prices but communication is lacking. I was looking for a pair of sunglasses from the movie True Romance for my wife and despite all my best efforts, only Replica Prop Store had them in stock. I was concerned about them actually arriving after seeing various posts on Reddit about them and people saying it was a scam site, the paying via PayPal to a business registered as Yankee Racers LTD, etc, etc...

As it turns out, the products are great, the price really good but the communication a little lacking. From ordering to arriving, it was a black hole, no communication or confirmations, just really odd, but I had some confidence using PayPal and Shop.com as their interface engine, and so about a week later the item arrived well made, well packaged and as described.

I imagine if you are ordering from another country (Companies house says they are registered in the UK) the silence will probably be even more disconcerting because of shipping times and customs, but if you do order, hang in there.

If they can get a handle on customer interaction I would have given them 5 stars, but don't be put off ordering thinking it's a scam, it isn't, its just a little lacking in communication.
