Even found a replacement tea pot lid at no extra charge. Everything wrapped extremely well for delivery no breakage. Will recommend and definitely be a returning customer

Quick despatch of required item however you may wish to review your packaging arrangements as one spoon in a 12x9x3 inch box seems a bit excessive and must add to delivery costs.Granted crockery requires such treatment
