STAY FAR AWAY !! This co is criminal . Booked online for specified price .paid on line using Amex When got there I showed allstate insurance coverages plus Amex covers too . Said can’t use those must either put down $5000 deposit or buy their insurance for $640 additional !! I was stranded so I said put $5000 security on Amex .. they said no we don’t take Amex !!! Forced me to pay $ 640 more than agreed price on line using Mastercard . Stuck with my kids away from airport . Extorted into paying the 640. The car was disgustingly dirty inside and check engine light was on. Car had 60,000 mikes on it . Piece of junk. These animals should be in jail . . Karma will get them . Booked through economy bookings.com . One of these days they are going to extort the wrong person.

I wouldn’t give even one star.

The car rental was agreed for 6 days, from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM. We landed around 11:00 AM, and by the time we left the airport and found the rental office, we weren’t checking the time because it was already around noon.

At the rental office that day, we added an additional driver and paid the deposit. They handed us the keys, took photos of the car, I also took photos, and wished us a good trip. We left at 11:48 AM — this time is clearly visible in the photos taken in the garage with the agent present.

When returning the car, we arrived at 12:20 PM. We got lost in the parking area and there were people in the queue before us, which caused a slight delay.

After we handed over the keys, the agent inspected the vehicle and confirmed that everything was fine with the car. However, he then informed us that we had to pay for an additional full day because, according to their system, the car was picked up at 11:20 AM and returned at 12:20 PM.

I tried to explain that the photos taken in the garage with the agent clearly show 11:48 AM as the pickup time, but he refused to discuss it further and charged us €80 for an additional full day.

I have emailed customer service multiple times and have not received any response for two weeks.

Avoid this company. The rental price might seem cheaper at first, but in the end they calculate down to the minute — even unfairly — and charge large amounts for time that was not actually exceeded. This happened in Prague, but I believe this company applies the same rules and practices everywhere.

I would definitely avoid using them again.

I rented a car from Rental24 at Rabat's Airport, through VIP Cars website.

At the arrival at 8pm, Rental24 produced a bill of £180 (£80 of rental charges & £100 for Out of Service charges). The Rental24 claimed This because their open service is 8am to 6pm.

Despite their invoice stated that only £80 to pay at airport and their Rental Agreement stated the open service from 8am to 10pm on weekdays - Rental24 ignored my calls and my e-mails with the evidence.

VIP Cars contacted Rental24 for an investigation and later confirmed that Rental24 agreed to refund the overcharge of £100. However, Rental24 were not planning to refund my money-they were dragging the process as to ensure that I miss the deadline for raising the transaction dispute with my Credit card bank.

Also, Rental24 recently updated their online Rental agreement (including mine) to shows 18:00 as the end of services. Fortunately, I downloaded the Rental Agreement as a PDF that shows the open service timing at the time of my booking.

I also started the Credit card transaction dispute at the same time of my complaint. Finally, Rental 24 refunded £79 claiming that the shortfall was due to my bank charges.

Rental24 were also going to charge me £120 for using an Unembossed Credit Card and their officer insisted that this is their usual practice.

My advice: Contact your Credit card and raise a transaction dispute and follow it with evidence. Do not trust Rental24 Management in Rabat and any claims of them resolving the issue.

Very bad experience. Didn't got the car I have ordered.

Rented from them in Tirana. They are absolutely experts at fraud. They tell you they have gps tracking on car, they do have it, and that if you go on unpaved road you will be charged 1000 euro, they accused us of doing that, we did not, and when they showed the road on the tracking I told them it was paved and proved it by calling the restaurant we stopped at on that road, when they lost that one, , they pivoted, said they would bury the charges , we did do a little damage to the bumper, but they buried an extra 1000 euro by adding false charges for damages we did not do. Really sad, we love Albania and have never been treated that way by other companies, really sad. Looking back, I wish I had risked missing my flight and called the police on them. Trust these reviews for your own sake.

La peor experiencia, es una ESTAFA, nos dejó una hora y 20 minutos esperando en el aeropuerto con la excusa de que ya iba en camino. Luego nos quiso cobrar 7 veces más que lo que estaba pactado en la reserva, en la reserva lo elegí con cobertura total contra daños y accidentes; robos etc. nos dijo que no lo cubría.

I had the worst car rental ever with [Rental24 in Casablanca], their staff aren't professional, and they do all they can to rip you off.
They haven't informed me that their cars location is 20min drive from the airport, and upon my arrival I have to wait about an hour till I meet their staff, then he drove to where I can get the car, and their the drama started, they charged me more than double because I don't have an old version of a credit card (embossed), they don't accept the new version which i received from my bank in Canada. Afain when I returned the car after 2 weeks, you know what!! they expected me to bring the car to the car wash and vacuum it before i return it back to them, and make it exactly the way I took it. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TROUBLE, THEN YOU BOOK WITH THEM.

Très très mauvaise expérience
Lors de la prise du véhicule je n'ai eu aucun souci hormis le fait que le plein n'était pas fait comme convenu dans le contrat. Lors de la restitution, le loueur a trouvé un truc d'abîmer sous la voiture qui existait lors de la prise du véhicule mais qui n'avait pas noté alors que je lui avais demandé de le noté. Du coup, ils ont gardé toute la caution (1155€) et comme je suis passée par une plateforme c'est très compliqué voire impossible de récupérer sa caution. Un groupe bien organisé pour récupérer de l'argent comme les locations ne sont pas chères. Voiture qui m'ont loué déjà en mauvais état.

Une mafia a l'aceuille a casablanca(Maroc) loin de l'aéroport Mohammed V : des employées a visage d'ange et aux comportement de diable soutenue par un gestionnaire MOHAMMED HSSISSINE qui veulent t'arnaquer a tout prix: cartes crédit ne fonctionne pas pour la caution, redireger vers une asurance pour baisser la cation enfin garder la totalité de la cation 17000,00DH marocaine sous pretexte d'une grafine au niveau du parchoc avant coté droit d'une citroyen. Arnaque, Arnaque et raquettage. sauvez vous avant.Comment faire une plainte pour que cesse l'arnaque.

Une arnaque complete. Le loueur voulait nous obliger a prendre l assurance, ne nous inspirait pas confiance, il n'arretait pas d'echanger au tel avec son manager pensant qu on ne comprenait pas ce qu il disait, c etait a miami airport, nous avons change d'agence

Fuyez! Nous avons malheureusement choisi cette agence rental24 à l'aéroport de Miami pour notre séjour. Quelle erreur! Une fois arrivé dans l'agence, l'agent a été très clair: "soit vous prenez l'assurance soit nous vous ferons payer, jusqu'à la totalité de la franchise, même pour une rayure. En général, nous trouvons toujours quelque chose!". Nous avons été aussi surpris qu'estomaqués par cet accueil! Malgré nos longues discussions avec lui, rien à faire. il nous a dit, "vous ne croyez pas pouvoir louer une voiture pour ce prix (celui payé en ligne qui était en effet attractif)? Vous paierez d'une manière ou d'une autre beaucoup plus pour cette location, je vous conseille de prendre l'assurance si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre caution". Et avec cela, le sunpass pour les autoroutes à Floride à 20 dollars/jour car si vous passez un seul péage, même à 1 dollar, nous vous facturerons 25 dollars/péage! Bref, très mauvaise idée de passer par eux, ce sont des voleurs (au moins ils l'assument). Fuyez et préférez une agence honnête qui vous fera peut être payer plus à la réservation mais ne vous fera pas de chantage ainsi, ne vous laissant pas de choix et vous coûtant en définitive beaucoup plus cher!

Paid deposit fee online then had one stop before going and picking up the car so I decide to call and confirm pickup time. I am then told there is no stock available for the car I had picked! Told them thanks for wasting my time ill take my money back.

In a rush I lined up another car and carried on our family vacation only to find out they never reimbursed me. Have been fighting with them thru the bank ever since because they do not reply to emails! STAY AWAY

Car was a no show. Company phones don't get answered. No pick up instructions except to phone but then don't answer phone. Airport staff said they get this daily from this company as they have different companies they outsource to but don't give you that companies details, and missy of the time don't send the booking info to their companies either

Pas sérieux quand vous voulez payer la cotion ça ne fonctionne pas sauf quand ils vous oblige a prendre leur assurance la bizarrement ça fonctionne ! Et c'est le parcours du combattant pour récupérer sa caution après presque 1 mois je ne l'ai toujours pas récupérer entreprise pas sérieuse

Probably the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of using.
First things first I booked a car with them only to be told after paying I had to pay an almost £2000 deposit that can only be paid on credit card. As I don't have a credit card I cancelled my booking and requested a refund. After 2 weeks of waiting my refund was finally approved. I got an email stating my refund would be in my account within 5 days. Now after almost a month nothing has been done. I have contacted support and all they are is rude and in considerate. Just saying its all been done from there end. I contacted my bank multiple times and they say no such transaction exists. All the customer support has to say is contact my bank. What an utterly ridiculous and awful joke of a company.
Don't waste your time

TERRIBLE. Arrived on time to the airport & no car. called 15 times only to be told "on our way". An hour later called again to be told "he's on his way". 2 Hours late he arrived on the WRONG SIDE of the airport in a paid carpark forcing us to pay for it. Car had a HUGE crack in the windscreen. When dropping car off had similar horrible communication. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION.

J’ai rarement vu une agence aussi malhonnête. Ils vous forcent littéralement à prendre leur assurance hors de prix, sous prétexte que votre carte bancaire « ne fonctionne pas » pour la caution, cette caution est sois disant réduite quand vous prenez l'assurance. Étrangement, toutes les cartes cessent de marcher uniquement chez eux sauf quand vous prenez l'assurance là elles remarchent comme par magie.

Pire encore : ils vous emmènent dans un endroit reculé, une ferme isolée, à plusieurs kilomètres de l’aéroport. Une fois sur place, vous n’avez plus aucun choix : soit vous payez ce qu’ils exigent, soit vous restez bloqué sans véhicule. C’est une méthode de racket organisée, qui gâche complètement le début du voyage.

Service scandaleux, pratiques abusives, absence totale de professionnalisme.
Une véritable arnaque pour les touristes comme pour les locaux.
Je déconseille fortement cette agence : mieux vaut payer un peu plus cher ailleurs que de tomber dans leur piège.

This is a fraudulent unethical business.
They advertised a lower cost car rental prices and when you pick-up your reserved car, they do their best to bringing the agreed price up closer to prices offered by largest cars rental providers. They know that it will be harder and much expensive to rent an alternative car on the same day without booking in advance and you would be left without many options especially if you are travelling with children.
They tired to convince me that my credit card is not pronominent cards type and hence they can not block more than 700 euro and I have to pay 195 euro extra to cover remaining unblocked deposit. Regarding my credit card what they said is absolutely makes no sense. My credit card is issued by the largest bank in one of the EU states and to prove that, I manged to book on that day a car from a decent provider who blocked 1800 euro using same credit card no issue at all. Week later, I booked another car from another supplier without any problem.
My question why cars rental booking services companies such as CarJet I booked through do business with such suppliers? Have they perform their due diligence before engaging with such fraudulent supplier? To date, 3 weekes after this incident CarJet is not able to refund my deposit or answering my emails.

We booked a car through Rental24H, but what we received was completely unacceptable. The car was very old, full of scratches, technically unsafe, and clearly below the class we booked.
Website photos were misleading, the car shown there was not what we got.
The staff at pickup were rude and aggressive, and there were suspicious actions around our payment card.
We travel often, and this was by far the worst rental experience we've had.
Avoid this company — there are plenty of honest, professional rental agencies available directly at Tirana Airport.
