Terrible service. Take your money for parts then don't show up. Now not refunding the money or replying to calls. DO NOT USE.

I have been working with Rennils for over 2 years now as a plumber, they do great service!

plumber called to tall me when he would arrive.
Most reassuring.
And he did!
Fixed it in 40 mins with minimum drama.
Such a relief.
Very hard to understand receptionist's English.
She quoted charges without VAT.
Cost me £275 + VAT
Was that too much?

I phoned them up last night and they were so helpful. Thanks to the lovely girl of the costumer service I got someone within an hour as my ceiling was leaking and they managed to fix it right away. Thanks to Rennils, I don't have much water damage in my property. Will save their number and call them again.

Call out a plumber. Due to a leak coming through my ceiling.
The engineer attened in 1hr.
He was very professional and done a excellent job.
He explained what he was going to do and advised me throughout.
I would highly recommend.

Had water leaking from hole in radiator - no idea how long it had been going for.

Called Rennils and requested emergency plumber. He turned up and spent a good hour on getting the water off, draining the system and removing the old radiator. He capped both valves with new parts.

Engineer explained everything to me clearly and made sure the rest of the radiators were working before he left.

Customer service were very good when I phoned, helpful and quick to respond.

Very very impressed.

The ceiling in our kitchen, under our bathroom, collapsed as a result of an unknown leak under the bathtub. As Rennils shows up first on Google search and I needed a plumber with adrenalin pumping fast and furious, I called Rennils. I needed a plumber right away and the T&C's read over the phone sounded more like blah, blah, blah. I was lead to believe the call out was £85 (Sunday), which was correct, and labour was £95/hour. No, it turned out to be £95/half hour. Far too steep for my liking but the plumber who attended was brilliant and found the source of the leak quickly and fixed it within an hour. He indicated the charge would be for one hour. The invoice through my email made my heart flutter. £330!! Labour was £95 X 2 on the invoice. Easy to believe you're being mistakenly charged for two hours. A highly paid lawyer gets that but very extortionate for even an out-of-hours plumber. Lesson learnt. Oddly enough, I have discovered that there is another company on Trustpilot called rennilsplumbing.com with an overall score of 2.6 stars out of 5 where 80% of reviews are bad. I know my review has been verified by Trustpilot but are all the 5 star reviews above board on this site review??

Emergency Plumbing call out at short notice. Problem sorted quickly and efficiently. Excellent

Had an emergency call out for a serious water leak. The call out charge and subsequent charges were fully explained and adhered to. The plumber that arrived was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Hopefully I won’t have a further emergency, but I will be retaining their contact details should another situation arise.

I had no problem with the work which was carried out quickly and efficiently.

The charge on my credit card was however twice more than the estimate (£500 for less than 30 minutes work on an emergency call out) and the part was only £25.

I have attempted to query the invoice twice but no one has got back to me. It has been nearly a month since the work was carried out...

I booked them for an emergency. They said they would come in one hour. Then half an hour later, someone called and said he would arrive in half to one hour. I could not wait and cancelled. They had taken my credit card details and charged me £90.
i am very upset and feel cheated. i will never contact rennils.

Really pleased with the service. The plumber was determined to solve the problem, very professional and offered great advice. Thanks.

Excellent service the engineer they sent out arrived within 30 minutes and did a terrific job with a friendly polite attitude
The job took about 1 hour and the engineer explained exactly what he was doing the entire time I would recommend this company.

Lost power mid cooking with the in laws coming round!?!? Called rennils & was really happy with service. The Electrician was in and out within 30 minutes & my dinner wasn’t ruined! Thankyou

10.00 pm the night before daughter goes on holiday. Clothes in washing machine, which stops working while full of water and we can't drain it. Plumbing emergency, right? Rennils were on it; Warren to the rescue, even though he'd just arrived home after a hard day's work. Polite, efficient, resourceful (the back of the machine was pretty inaccessible), strong (the machine needed moving and was full of clothes and water). Sorted in 45 minutes. It wasn't cheap, but the service Warren provided, at the time he provided it, was priceless. Thank you SO MUCH.
